Water tastes terrible

I went here yesterday to fill up four 5 gallons. I must say I regret it. The water has a taste of chlorine and Im pregnant which concerns me if this is even drinkable. Also, to top it off they charge $2.50 per 5 gallon a bit pricey for the quality. Sorry, I wouldnt recommend.

1st time there but using the water today it was horrible, It smelled of chlorine and tasted of chlorine. Im never going back, plus its the most epensive store I found, 50 a gallon for regular water, maybe thats why it cost more they add Chorine, YUCK

Something has really been off with their filtered water. It smells of chlorine and the taste is off. So disappointed the problem hasnt been resolved because I appreciate the customer service and convenient location.

Run by very rude women. All other employees are friendly and respectful. The older chinese lady is awful and rude.A minor miscommunication over the type of water that I wanted led to her seemingly scold me in chinese repeatedly. I did my best to diffuse the situation and apologized for upsetting her. The following customer even tried to diffuse the situation as a third party. She continued to be rude. Then, as I was leaving, she continued to speak bad of me to the next customer.One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had.Thank you for being my therapist.
