Omg so I’m able to make decisions on mine and my moms account. So I went in today and wanted to add a line, but since my moms unable to leave the house due to personal issues I went and tried adding a line. The blonde Manager I’m assuming was wearing some brown blouse, and the lady behind the desk were rude and unprofessional. I’m able to make decisions and they said I would never walk out of there with a phone without her being there! So I basically called xfinity and ordered the phone! Someone needs to have a talk with these 2 women and get them straight.

Poor customer service. The last few times I’ve had to go in there the customer service is very lacking. They gave us an old dinosaur box and told us it was just bigger but when I got it home and installed it wouldn’t even work. Still had to order new equipment and now I have to make a whole new trip WAY OUT OF THE WAY. If she had told me this from the beginning I wouldn’t have taken it. Ridiculous.

Easy to pay bills via their app or in the store using the kiosk. Associates will assist when needed. We had a great number of problems with our installation but after that it’s been wonderful. Definitely best cable service in town.
If this is the one on Fairmont and beltway 8 I wasnt very happy with the service the sales rep was real friendly and very knowledgeable but when I spoke to one of the girls in the back I was very unsatisfied with her attitude and her service so I walked out

Right now this store is closed so the nearest store is The one in Webster or kemah.I do appreciate them taking time to ensure their workers are okay and letting them spend time at home. Please be nice to the workers at these locations. They are essential and working non stop .

Very poor customer service i want it to know about why some channels went out and all leonardo did was rock back and forth on the chair like a 9 year old. Also said he cant do nothing that he only works there and there is nothing he can do about it. He keep suggesting to called customer service and even them wont be able to do anything not even apologize for the inconvenience. He is the WORST representative i have meet. And yes i will called costumers service just to file a complaint on the way he referred to us.

I just wanted to know my upgrade amount, the guy said he could not do it in store because it’s an online only thing.I asked him to tell me where exactly to go and said he did not know himself and proceed to tell me to go to T-Mobile. As he has T-mobile himself and thinks Xfinity sucks as mobile company.Worst customer service I have ever received.
If your in need of human interaction for your troubleshooting or new service orders I highly recommend this location. The reason it does not receive the 5 stars is due to lack of communication between employees. Also the attitude to want to prove the customer wrong is never the right approach (Especially when the customer is not wrong).Regardless my overall experience with this location was as expected. My service was up in running in no time (despite minor inconveniences) and my issues were resolved in a timely manner.Not perfect yet satisfactory..
Everytime I go to this store the people that work there are extremely rude. Maybe because on both occasions Im replacing equipment for my cable and not buying a phone. So Im guessing they arent making any commission and they dont care at that point. Also they are completely incompetent when it comes to the internet/tv side of things. I dont know if its lack of training or poor management. Either way I try to avoid going to the store if at all possible.

Never thought Id say this about a cable company, but it is a pleasure going into this store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its well staffed so there is never a wait. I dont know the pay structure of the employees but I always feel like they are giving the best advice for me and not just pushing products and services I dont need. Leo has helped me out a couple of times and I always walk out happy.
The store itself is fantastic, the service and corporate sometimes you have to jump through man hoops. Overall great folks though!

You know, things were rocking along just fine until this COVID-19 business and then their customer service went way down. Now you call in to technical support and it’s as if everybody has a terminal COVID case of the brain. Today I called and spoke to two separate people after I could get no assistance from their chat feature and I actually only got frustrated with the agents. They were less than helpful. I have deleted my prior recommendation of this establishment as I am now seeing their true colors. Good luck if you have the misfortune of being one of their customers.
This store is amazing I went by 2 times. Comcast had disconnected my account without me ever calling to disconnect, and Alexandra H. gave me great customer service, was genuinely attentive and helped me resolve my issue. I definitely recommend her and this store as well!

I love how they have comfortable seats and even a big screen where they play childrens movies. A nice family enviroment. And dont have to wait too long to be helped. Great Job!! Everyone.
The waiting time wasnt bad. . But the customer service rep on the phone instructed me to come and swap out my DVR box and it would be no charge. However, when I got there I was told it would be a difference of $10.00 more per month! I just wish they could get it together. Needless to say, Im not happy.

Was sent by customer service to pick up my equipment to start service and once I got there the girl said they had run out. I asked when theyd have more she said maybe tomorrow but not for sure. They couldnt give me a contact number to call ahead and check if they had the equipment so I wouldnt waste my time and gas going there. What kind of a business has no store phone to contact. Im not wasting time dealing with a store like this I wont be getting the service after all I didnt like the way they handled this

Spoke with Joseph about my bill being to high. Told him AT&T is cheaper by $50 per month. He said I dont work for AT&T. After 10 years of being a loyal customer and basically getting screwed and overcharged for their services. I cancelled my services with them. For the longest I felt this was the best there was so I suffered through the cost, but finally after several of their mistakes and constant bill increases I decided to part ways. They kept saying I had the best deal (paying close to $300!!) no way. Every time I tried to make changes they would say I was on contract even after a couple months prior telling me I was almost out of contract. I was tired of the lies. I had been with them for quite a long time for them not to be able to give me a good deal to stay since I used most of their services. Enough was enough. I would NOT recommend Comcast Xfinity to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at the comcast store. Switch from Verizon to Xfinity mobil was easy and Erik Enriquez was very helpful. I hope my experience with the service itself is the same. Update: Celluar Service has been been below Verizon but not horrible. The cost difference is well worth the few issues in signal Ive had. Saving quite a bit going with Xfinity.
The store is located off the feeder road of the beltway in Pasadena, Tx right next to Freddys. A lot of people there but no one helping. FYI. You will have to wait!
Inviting place. Feels like theyre selling cell phones or computers... but thats the point. Makes customers want to spend more for services, but sometimes it takes a minute for service personnel to get to you.
Extremely hard to get in touch with a representative. Automated system will make you use it unless you lie on the reading for calling.
