I was very happy with two previous installations on two of my cars. However, this third installation was disappointing for several reasons. Immediately after the installation, the car wouldnt start and a couple of times my wife was stranded. I was polite but ultimately asked that all hardware be removed. SK kept the money and the hardware. He works hard and it seems like customer service is important to him. Thats all the more reason why this experience was so regrettable.
