The sales associate in the store was extremely kind and helpful. The cell phone battery I purchased solved my problem at a very reasonable price.I ordered online the night before and received an email shortly after they opened the next day, stating that my order was ready for pick up at the store. I also received 10% off my order for ordering online. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for batteries or bulbs.

This is great place for a good price to get keys and remote replacement. But today I was a little upset because the key set I purchased no longer works. The young man there couldnt help me either. The purpose of needing that remote is because I work late and have to manually unlock the car before I can get in. Thats not a good thing when Im standing there along with all this craziness going on.

Because your stores do not honor factory warranties and your customer service line gives incorrect information. I was told to take the defective items back to the store and they would exchange them yet at the store I was told that I would have to deal directly with the manufacturer. And the manager would not even come out to speak to me.I dont know why I bother posting this. Nothing will be done about it and Im out $100.00.(Update 4/23/21)I must say there is redemption for this business. I took a chance and made another purchase and expecting a horrible experience I was pleasantly surprised today. I ordered something online and when I went to pick it up it was ready for me and the person at the counter was very friendly, personable and professional.

Good place for hard to find batteries.

Fixed my phone here and 2 weeks later started getting lines and white fade on the screen. Took it back to see what was happening: I was accused of dropping it and when I politely said that’s not what happened the guy decided to take a look at it. He came back and said the phone wasn’t fixable without getting an entire new screen. For 160$ I got a working screen for TWO weeks. They offered only a 20% discount for second screen. Save yourself the headache and madness and go to u break I fix... unless you enjoy wasting money.

I called in to see if they had a battery for my phone and the man answered the phone and immediately said “can we give you a call back, we are little bit busy here. “ I said I guess so and he said thank you and hung up. Pretty rude.

They sold me a bad ATV battery but wouldnt refund my money. I had an ATV with a bad battery, so I bought a new battery from here. I put it in, but the ATV still didnt work. So then I took it to an ATV shop which were all booked up for 3 weeks. They confirmed it was a bad battery and put in a new one. I tried to return the bad battery to Batteries Plus, but they would only give me $50 store credit. And then when I used the store credit, it was only $49.25.

This place is it for all my battery needs. The lady there is super helpful and really cool!

Took my phone in for battery replacement, now my 2 left buttons on side of phone arent working. Were working fine when I dropped it off. Took it in to tell them and all I got was well I dont know. You can leave it and not sure how long it will take. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Good place to find rare batteries and bulbs. They have replacement key fobs and cut keys, fix phones, tablets. If you need reprogramming just ask ( its extra charge). Always go online get the coupon. Nine times out of ten theres a coupon!

The buying experience was good, but lets leave room for improvements. The exchange was a little cumbersome. Also the core charge should be added at pick up when the customer does not bring the battery in. Make that known on the receipt or web site.

Been here since 9:45 no one is here yet. Inconvenient for me now that I have to go to the location in Pearland. For now on will be my main location.

Attendant was readily willing to test my lawn mower battery and confirm that my purchase of a new one was justified. Also feel like the name brand Duracell I was sold has a better chance of lasting a bit longer than an off-brand. Also the price of the Duracell was not more than the off-brands I had been looking at. Also its a new, clean store next to What-a-Burger.

I stopped at this store on my way home from a cruise. My second day on the ship, my phone died completely....wouldn’t charge or power on. I had not been able to call home, send/receive texts or see my emails for 5+ days. Plus, I desperately needed my phone to navigate back home to Nebraska (no way I’d make it through Dallas without my navigation!). I stopped by this store and fortunately Sean was there to quickly fix my phone and get me on the road home. I am so grateful for his fast, friendly and honest service!

I purchased a $75 battery for my iPhone and three days later I had to go to the Apple Store to see why my phone wasn’t holding a charge. I was told it was th a faulty after market battery. I was forced to buy another battery for $50 from Apple. That was a deal and I got a 90 day warranty also. Stick with Apple!

Took my watch for a new battery watch stopped they took it in the back room 5 minutes later they came back said they checked voltage on battery it was ok they found battery connection was loose they fixed it and told me no charge I thought that was so nice they could have charged me

Plenty of coverage on many types of batteries. Way too expensive. Without trying very hard I can always find the same battery for 50% less elsewhere.
