I live all the way in California & my grandmother lives in South Houston. I made an order online after finding Enchanted Florist in a list of florists close to where my grandmother lives. The online ordering was easy & I put it in a day before it needed to be delivered to her house.Now here is where they really shined through with communication & customer service. The flowers were for my grandmothers birthday & it was a surprise. After I made the order I touched base with my cousin afterwards who also lives in the area to make sure my grandmother was home during the delivery time (I paid $5 extra to make sure they were delivered by 1pm). Come to find out my grandmother left to go to her lake cabin out of town!!! Hahaha. And it was already too late to call the florist back due to the time difference. So I had to wait until the morning of to call them & tell them my predicament. They were totally understanding & said it was no problem changing the delivery date to the day after & they didnt even charge for the last minute inconvenience it likely caused. Lesson learned for me to check if she’s gonna be around -before- I make a delivery order lol.Fast forward to delivery day the next day. Apparently their delivery driver got a flat tire & of course that meant they were running a bit behind - they immediately texted me to say a replacement driver was on their way to grab the deliveries & continue.My grandmother hadnt arrived back from the cabin yet so the driver called me & asked what she would like me to do. I had her leave them in the closed in porch by the door. My cousin swung by 15 mins later to get the bouquet inside & on the table awaiting my grandmother’s arrival home.My cousin sent me pictures & the bouquet is STUNNING! Every bit as full & beautiful as the picture on the website if not more. My cousin was gushing over them as well. I cant wait to hear what my grandmother has to say when she sees them on her table after her long trip home from the cabin.When youre halfway across the States its always a gamble on how floral deliveries will go. Last year I used a different company & it was not a good experience at all. So to say I was a bit apprehensive this year is an understatement. But again, they really came through with their customer service & communication when things went a bit awry. I will most -definitely- use this florist again for any floral delivery needs in the Houston area!! Highly highly recommend.

They did a great job! I called at the last minute to have an arrangement delivered the same day and they made a gorgeous arrangement and delivered it as promised. I had a great experience with them. Flowers were very fresh too!

Debbie was the BEST! She patiently answered my questions over the phone when I placed the order...and then when the flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, she called and let me know there was a problem with the address. I gave her the wrong digits (oops). They quickly straightened out everything and my mom was so excited to get the beautiful bouquet of roses and lilies. Enchanted Florist will forever be my florist when I need to send flowers to my mom and anywhere in the Houston area. Thank you ladies so much for your help!

I attempted to order flowers from this location and needed it asap. I get an email the day the flowers are to be delivered that states my order has been refunded. So then I call and ask why, and I’m told that they are out of the particular flowers I ordered (why isn’t the website updated *shrugs*). Then I’m told that an email was sent 30 mins after my order was placed asking if I wanted to change my order or cancel. Issue here is that the email went to my spam (not their fault) however, my contact PHONE NUMBER was on the order twice! Seems to me a change that significant would be best handled through a phone call, not an email. Anyway, when I asked the lady on the other end what could be done to salvage the situation, she said I could order different flowers, but when I asked how would I know if they were actually in stock to avoid another fiasco, I was told I could call back up there to confirm the flowers availability...yeah naw thanks. Went elsewhere >:-/

The staff at Enchanted Florist are very professional and very helpful and also their flower arrangements are amazing save me three different times love you guys

So many stores have been closed because of Covid, but even though I wasnt able to go in and order, Enchanted Florist created me a beautiful bouquet of roses and orchids and I was able to pick it up the day I arrived in Pasadena. They even brought it to my car. I love the service you get when you shop local.

I ordered a plant for my daughters birthday. The selection on their website is fantastic and I was able to get a basket with multiple plants in it. I even was able to get a email once it was delivered so I knew she got it.

My experience with Enchanted Florist has been great over the last 5 years. Debbie did the flowers for my wedding and now I use them when ever I need to send flowers to my Mom for her birthday. Beautiful flowers and friendly staff. I have tried using other places in the past and nothing has compared.

I have used Enchanted Florist at least a half dozen times over the last couple of years with nothing but great results. I recently sent the Fire and Ice Premium Dozen roses to my girlfriend to her office. Again they delivered a phenomenal product and on time. I highly recommend them over and over. The first time I ordered flowers here was Valentines day this past Feb. The flowers were not bad but sub par for the amount I paid so I wrote a review saying so. The manager or owner Debbie read the review and reached out to me offering to make it right and resend some the next day. I declined and she offered to send them on the next holiday for me so I told her that was fine maybe later on. I was not going to call them back and take her up on her offer but right before mothers day Debbie called me again and offered to send flowers and said she had not forgot about me. Just thought I would write a positive review saying how they treat there customers. If your undecided on where to buy from this is the store you want to go with. Thanks again Debbie my wife said the flowers were beautiful. Yiur number is saved in my phone and will be calling you guys back when Im ready for some more!

I ordered flowers for a family member. They arrived better than I thought they would be. Very professional service. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I WILL be using them in the future. I highly recommend them.

I recently visited and was deeply disappointed. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have taken my business elsewhere. The flowers were ok. The part time last was wonderful. Had to wait 30 minutes after they opened for manager to show up. So I could make a purchase. I wouldn’t count on this business to order my flowers for a special occasion.

I have lived in the area for years but never stopped by there until today to surprise my mom just because and gosh did they surprise me. Not only are they all incredibly friendly but their arrangements were beautiful, big and put together in just minutes. You can even watch them as they make your flowers. They even had a rose special so I got a great deal and a huge bouquet. Needless to say my mom was very happy and so am I.

Ordered a bouquet online based on the images available. The 1st delivery was so small I had to complain about it. You would think after receiving a complaint that they would have delivered something more appropriate the second time. Thats not the case at all. Flowers from a grocery store look better and are cheaper than what you get from this florist.

Went here last week to Enchanted Florist for my first time. The lady there was very sweet and helpful picking out the flowers for my Dads funeral and everything was beautiful when delivered to the funeral home. I would highly recommend them to my friends!
