Wont shop at this location again. Tried to online order and item. Found it. They didnt fill it within 4 hours and I was in the area early. My daughter found it. They still wouldnt fill the order. I had to buy it a second time. Call online and cancel the first order. Its still a pandemic and stores want to play around with customers like there better than anyone else. Good luck Urban. The girl with a buzz cut green curly hair at the fitting room was so rude and nasty. I can’t understand why someone like her, who has no regards for providing any decent customer service, works at such a heavily trafficked location like this one. Disgusting

Pros – Adorable clothes, really cool home décor, hip vibe.  Cons- snobby, stuck up employees, overpriced everything, annoying parking.  The best way to shop at urban outfitters is online, honestly, or wait til they have a sale.  Or even better, just go to good will because most of the stuff they design just looks like that anyway

The customer service is really bad vibes. When I buy an item in the store I’m greeted with smiles and fake friendliness. When I want to return an item... I literally feel so judged and they’re just rude. Idk if I’ll be shopping here anymore - they just give too much attitude and their staff seem really disorganized.

Oh a babe of a store. Full of treasures. I love the set up and how the displays catch your attention and keep it there. I bought a yellow sweater from here that I wore for years.

I’m pretty sure the store employees didn’t know how to count because I waited here for 20 minutes to enter the store while countless people left in the hot sun. I get that they can only let X amount of people in, but if I see like 10 people come out and they haven’t let a single person in, that tells me that they’re not counting properly.The cashier was possibly the most inefficient I’ve seen in my whole life. Their selection is better than almost any other urban outfitter, but overall the experience was very disappointing. If you can, shop at other urban outfitters that have it together more.

Love the variety of items sold. Way more than clothing! Books, music and homeware. There is a sale section at the back of the second floor, and an elevator is available if needed. Was asked if I would like to join as a member for my email/birthday to save 10% on my purchase. Very pleased with the employees.

Their employees are very rude and lazy to assist customer.I submitted the online curbside pick up form twice and waited for 15 mins.Called their store and the lady told me they’re pulling out the order.After 10 mins no one came out, but I got the email said the order has been picked up in store 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️The funny thing is I wasn’t able to call back to the store because no one pick up. The cal was ringing for over 5 mins and I never got to their voice system for me to press 3 for talking to associate.I ended up using my second number to call and immediately direct me to their voice system. How weird? My phone number didn’t work, but the second one worked???I called back and their employee Ab*y said their ppl came out and couldn’t find my car.They got their number and told me they’ll call me if they can’t find me, but nothing happens after 10 mins.They’re just lazy to figure out and change the order status as “picked up”I put down all the details about the location and car make and color also said I have the light on.What’s the point for you to have customer submitted the form and you never read??????Don’t waste your time to choose pick up at this location.The parking is difficult, so I suggest don’t come to this location if you’re not walking around this area.

By far one of the biggest and most organized Urban Outfitters Ive been to- its so spacious. The make up section is pretty clean as well.

Only one star off because you feel judged by the sales associates.

Great place to look around first, then deep search at their sales section, dig deep you will see things you never thought possible. We had a backpack from there, it was $67 for $9.98 yes and its a brand one. We had a designer skirt, originally $49 for $9.99, just dig and take your time you will be surprised what you will find. BTW, dont forget they will ask you if you wanna join their club for -10% surely worth it, maybe not from your first visit but you can keep it for your next when your bill is $$$$

This is a large store with two stories. The mens section is upstairs and the womens downstairs.The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that the cuts and sizes fit my petite wife well. For those looking for gifts, there were fun items like polaroid cameras, soy candles, and boutique facial products.

Workers were really rude and when I was trying on one pair of pants I told my friend to stand by the door to look at them and the workers assumed that we were going to steal something and warned us to not do anything. I went downstairs to pay for the things and one worker was following us and watching us. When it was my turn to pay she asked “you’re not getting those earrings?” because I put them down. I feel very personally offended. I get that it’s their job but they should not assume customers of stealing when they are simply looking around the store and they should not talk to consumers that way and follow them to see what they are getting.

Nice visit with granddaughter...BUT I found vinyl records there!! So I found stuff for ME!!

I (16) was at the store with my sister (18) browsing. We picked out a few things and waited at the counter. Someone was in front of us in line, so we had a few moments to look at the accessories. I was looking across the counter behind the cashier at polaroids, planning on buying. The cashier rudely said “Can you guys like back up until I’m done here.” I said “Oh I was just looking at the polaroids.” She said “Yeah but still” and rolled her eyes at me. I was taken aback and my sister and I left due to rude service. Keep in mind I am still a child, we were not being loud, or doing anything wrong of the sort. Incredibly disappointed. Will not shop again.

An interesting store to walk around in!

Really liked the clothes they had here, but couldn’t find an employee upstairs to help. Then when I was leaving I saw an employee on her phone.

The store is fine, the people that work there were fine, but the brand is what it is, and Im a hater. So no. There could be something better occupying the store.

The customer service is awful. The employees look unhappy and every single one on my visit failed to offer a greeting, help, or even show a good attitude!!! The store itself is nice, with gorgeous urban clothes on the pricey side, but of good quality.

Staff is very scared acting. They all seem on edge when a person walks in under age of 45.. Theyre trained to be alert autopilot mode set to annoying. But great uo admittedly one of the better of the socal locations. Pasadena

Urban stores are usually very similar to each other, but this store has an especially nice sale section with a great array of stuff for super cheap. Employees arent as stuck up as other locations, so thats another plus in my book.

Love these stores! Always purchase an item when in the USA!

Nice store interior, its on two levels and has lots of bits and bobs in addition to clothing.

Recently remodeled to be smaller. But still great spot for shopping.

Overpriced but always a great place to find quirky items.

I personally love the store as not only is it great for photo opportunities, but the clothes there are catered to my style and even though some of the clothes are a bit pricy if you go during a sale or with a coupon or if you gather points it is 100% worth it.

3 awkward levels, not much selection. Inconvenient for disabled and strollers with a creepy elevator from the Nixon administration.

The prices are totally high in some garments, there is an overvaluation in small garments without designs or cuts.I consider the interior design of the store as well as the customer service to be very good and comfortable.They have a lot of diversity and I love the designs on the dresses.But if you dont want to spend $ 60 on a simple dress.

Clothing, accessories and cool monerías. If you want to innovate your wardrobe, it is an excellent place. I loved it.
