Neat and tidy store with no strange orders... I stopped to hopefully find some artificial flowers but they did not have any last week... I did see a chair that I wanted and it fits my need perfectly..

Very nice place to shop for deals on clothing. Everything is well organized and neat. You can walk the lanes without hangers and items in your way. Prices are fair and I found a watt jersey for my son. I often find nice kids clothes there.

The outside view of this building isnt inviting. But, inside everything is organized. A few things priced high but most was fair. The clothes are organized by color and type of clothing, with a lot of blue jeans. They have toys, books, cookware, shoes, picture frames, and clothes. They offer a rewards program to earn points and eventually a discount. Well shop here again.

Worst thrift store in the area. If you dont have a car and cant get around good and this is the closest thrift store, then shop here..They have the largest collection of lawyer office, employee uniform, junior high school swim team, charity fun run t shirts Ive ever seen. 50+ KBR tshirts,.. and the prices? 3.50$ for company employee tshirts. Stuff you wouldnt wear unless you needed clothes for yard work or painting, and you could get those cheaper somewhere else. Im hoping they change their prices, because I can find cheaper stuff elsewhere.. Im gonna try the other value village on south wayside and see if theyre any better..

Expect to spend awhile going thru their huge inventory. And they have good prices. The ac doesnt work as well as it could

The have the most beautiful perfect style of 👚blouses I like. And its clean and safe following guide lines. I always enjoy shopping at value village!

As all thrift stores are concern, Items and quality are in the eye of the beholder. Prices arent too high they hit a sweet spot. Check them out on Facebook for discount promos. The place and sales associates are very helpful. There is a GINORMOUS pothole when entering the lot. Besides that, if youre thrifty and know what makes your fancy this store will hit that spot for you.

I have only been to a few Value Village locations and this was my first time at the Southmore location and I LOVE it. It has the feel of thrift stores I used to go to when I was young. They had good selection clothes too. Electronics werent much to choose from, maybe because of Christmas? Books and movies galore. My new fav thrift store!!!

If you dont know that this is the place where you can find so many hidden treasures and enjoy yourself to the point that you dont realize that youve been there for over an hour, then you are missing out! Value Village has the best deals at very reasonable prices. You can find yourself something that no one is wearing right now at this moment. Its for folks that value individualism. If you havent checked out this store and you are definitely missing out.

I have shopped at value village for many years and I shopped there when it was purple heart, I have seen many changes! The store is clean and very organized. The thing Im most disappointed with is the outrageous prices. They raised their prices way to expensive. I was looking at a little raggedy Christmas blanket had a hole in it for 5.00. I was buying it for my dog. I saw a blouse with buttons missing and a stain on it for over 9.00 dollars. When I go to a resale store I want a deal, not Macys prices!!! That is the only complaint. People that work there are friendly. And now they also have employees that work there that speak English. And for that Im grateful!

Since moving in this area, I have never had a problem with racism and I used to really enjoy the opportunity to visit the value village, because I would always go to the one in Seattle. Tonight I had a very horrible experience with a cashier that really made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable, we work hard for our income and business. The way we were approved was very unprofessional and before this incident I would have easily given them a 4 because I have never experienced this type of treatment with them at all, I just feel very disturbed about this. just made us feel belittled,

Visited Pasadena location for my first time yesterday after receiving a coupon that was worth going to check Value Village out. I must agree with other reviews that the staff is very friendly and helpful. I found a few gems, a couple pretty scarves and some very nice brand/style shirts for my grandson. The items I purchased were in excellent used condition but thats not to say that I didnt come across quite a few items in very bad/torn condition. I will return again.

My family and I are always looking for bargains. These people offer a card which when completely punched you may use it on total purchases and get 50 o/o off. We like these stores as we have often gotten good items, courteous service, but they dont have public bathrooms!

What can I say? Its a resale shop. We usually save a great deal of money on clothes, books, and miscellaneous electronics. Occasionally we find phenomenal deals.

None of the Value Village stores have fitting rooms. But, I can say they have some pretty interesting stuff there. A lot of 80s clothing which is perfect for a costume party! I like coming to this store. Its always fun finding unique things there.

I have been thrift store shopping since middle school,so im VERY familiar with different locations here in houston area and pricing...needless to say, they over price their items,stuff has stains,missing stuff,etc,and they still have no shame jacking up the price,your better off going to another thrift store OR ross or some kind of discount store😒🤔

I like it when they have their 50% off sales and coupons. Everyone is usually friendly and helpful. Only cons are when you dont have coupon and there are no public restrooms here.

I spent about 15 minutes here and found two shirts. This place has a nice selection, but be warned: This store currently has no air conditioning!!! I would have spent more time here, but it was insanely hot.

Well it is a flea market but other than that its pretty good there is some cheap stuff that you can find useful

Prices are decent. Alot things that are in good condition. Tag sales are half off certain days colors vary.

Mall prices. small variety. clothes are so worn out and have stains and tears. small aisles for 1 person at a time and one of the employees bumped into me kind of hard and told me to move cause she wanted to go down the same aisle with the put back rack. she didnt want to go all the way around qhich didnt make sense cause she went to the othe side of the store. she was just being lazy and rude. in the end she got an ear full in her face and she was forced to go around anyway. No one messes with momma and babies!! they dont deserve a single star.

Like on FB for coupons! They have a bit of everything, including mens clothes, shoes and mens clothing.

Was a little disappointed by what I found. Every time I found a nice item of clothing, there would either be a stain on it (dont want to buy it and the stain ends up not coming off even after washing), or the price tag would be stapled through the back of the item and when removed theres a chance of the holes from the staples remaining. They need to invest in a few tag guns with plastic for the tags to connect to the clothes. And then be connecting the tag in the under arm area like they do in other stores that sell clothes. Would have bought more clothes if it wasnt for this. Especially since they have a strict no refund or exchange policy. They also dont have fitting rooms so you have to be very sure about your clothes fitting before purchasing. Otherwise, I liked the half off deal theyre having for the month.

Workers are helpful and very nice. Thank you for every thing for giving us more time to us the coupons that we have.

I hate that they have no dressing rooms! Its is very frustrating to have to fight with other patrons in the store over the 2 or 3 mirrors they provide, but nevertheless, I have never been to a more extensive and varied thrift store. You can find things there that you will never see anywhere else and they are dirt cheap! I find myself visiting a lot, but I usually will go to the Gulf Fwy/Edgebrook location. This store in Pasadena is clean and bright, but the Gulf Fwy/Edgebrook location has WAY more mirrors. You pay the trade-off of it being a bit dingier, in my opinion, but I have found great things at both locations. I dare you to visit and not find something outrageously awesome.

NO AIR CONDITIONING ON A 100 DEGREE DAY. NO FANS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE DID FIND A FEW THINGS FOR MY GRANDSON BUT ALL FELT SICK IN THE 20 MINUTES WE SHOPPED.

They over price a lot of items the jackets they sell for $25 are very used not worth it for that price I can go and buy a new one
