Very nice and clean place. I’ve have been washing here for years. The people and owners are very nice here. I am very glad they got some new washers and dryers.

Pros: Great washing machines, clean, and really good prices.Cons: Theres a man who is usually the one in charge, hes particular to some women and to others hes rude. I was waiting by the restroom and he almost pushed me out of the way to get the big broom from the small hall. Didnt even say excuse me or sorry. Random people walk in, some people like to start drama there, and beware not to leave your stuff anywhere.

We go about 1x month. Weve been to quite a few in the area and I think this one is pretty good, comparatively. Easy in and out, lots of washers, very ckean, parking can suck, always a vagrant or two, oh well, this is Pasadena. The person who manages it is super unfriendly, like he truly hates his job. However, another positive is its not too busy, reasonable cost, kids are well behaved because they actually have things for kids to do. Great idea! I can go on about pros and cons but to some it up, this is my go to place.

I like how spacious the place is. The place is clean. Free WiFi. 2 large TV screens are mounted on the upper walls. Sound off but subtitled. Music is playing in the background. Small playhouse & kids table/bench. Coin machine, detergent products, food/beverage vending machines plus laundry items sold @ window. Enough folding tables & carts.

It uses quarters so you dont have to pay for a stupid laundry card. Bring cash as they have quarter machines there. Cheap and wonderful with 3 tv but the only problem is that you dont know who the employees are

Dryers take twice as long. Ive used only 2 quarters per load on other locations. These dryers feel warm from the outside at the touch, but clothes feel damp and cold, after 3 quarters and putting more for the dry!

Terrible I had already placed in one load of my two loads in the machine and went to grab change and came back and the lady comes up to me and says we are closed even though it’ was under 10pm like mabye 955-10 when I got here and After the fact when I was gonna get my soap out the lady comes up to me and says that they are closed and that the last load is at 9 but you guys close at 11?? Wow really I looked around the building and laundry mat mabye I missed it but I did t see where it says last load is at 9 not even on the door and it seems like she was just talking to a man that seemed close to each other but idk I feel like I came here after work just trying to wash my work clothes and home clothes after my shiftI just feel it wasn’t fair but I guess this is how it is to write reviews and I never do reviews this one just got to me.

This laundry room is too expensive and you pay more for what its worth. Its also dirty! Managed or owned by Asians.

If you have to do,this grotesque thing (going to a laundromat) then go around 4:30 pm. Practically no one there!!!
