I brought my dead laptop to get an estimate for data recovery. I was quoted $187, which I paid because I didnt know any better. A few months later, I discover that all this entailed was simply taking the hard drive out and plugging it into another computer, all of which takes 2 screws and 5 minutes. Now this Rick, who apparently is the owner, could have been honest and told me how simple it was, instead he charged me nearly two hundred dollars like it was a complicated data recovery procedure!!! I do not like leaving bad reviews but that was a SCAM. Absolutely repulsive. Avoid!!!EDIT - 2/23/2014 - If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I opened my old hard drive and am horrified to find SOMEBODY ELSEs FILES on them. How can they be so careless with peoples data? I wonder if someone has MY files somewhere. Do not trust these people with your files!!! I really regret going to them.

Super easy, super quick and reasonably priced. Got my power button repaired and couldnt have asked for anything better.Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you!
