Was polite but does not work on site on generators. You have to take to them, so if you are full time rv’ers like us no need in calling them.

Tyler went out to my in-laws to check on a suspected AC issue with their brand new travel trailer. They are disabled and are unable to take it to the dealership. C&D made this a very easy experience and is the only place they will use from now on. Thank you again Tyler and C&D.

Four days before a scheduled RV trip, the coach air conditíoner in my 2019 Coachmen CrossFit stopped working. I contacted Tyler (who months before winterized the rig on a moments notice), and he immediately diagnosed the problem and set to work obtaining the parts required to fix the outage. Tyler kept me updated each step of the way, determined to get me on the road to meet my timeline and deadlines. He and Dave got me on the road as promised, and my air conditioner works flawlessly. They also worked with my warranty company so that I only had to pay my co-pay. I highly recommend C&D RV Service Center!

Tyler came out to work on my water heater, replace my toilet, and seal a leak in a door. after the freeze i also informed him of a leak and he came out to do the work we talked about AND found the leak and fixed it. he shot me straight the whole time, taught me how to handle some of the issues on my own, even told me to contact his personal number any time i needed help with anything on my camper. he was the easiest service call i’ve ever dealt with and no doubt will not only call him any time i need help, but i would highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs or service on a camper/rv.

These guys are great..We purchased a used Airstream Interstate, which I kind of knew needed a few things to be serviced. Because, we didnt know we would be having a hurricane anytime soon...I told Tom I wasnt in a hurry to get it back. But, because Hurricane Laura, popped up so quickly the RV was needed to make our escape. They worked to get me major things finished up and made it ready for us to use. We were very impressed how responsive Tom and David were to helping us get it back in time to leave. GREAT COMPANY & FAMILY!

This place talked my wife into a new kitchen faucet instead of fixing the leak (washer). It is a household faucet. It is huge and the size doesn’t allow proper flow. Good water pressure and you only get a trickle. To much oil after oil change. I suspect the oil filter was never change but charged for it. Over $800.00 to fix the problems caused by running with the overfill. New water pump was also replaced. So week it takes forever to come up to pressure and barely flows. So annoyed with the sweet talk and inadequate work.

We purchased the Vortex II powered vent. We are very pleased as it works exactly as advertised. We have always received great products and information from C & D.

I had several items I was having done to my trailer. They involved a warranty issue, insurance issue, and some things I was paying for. Tyler was awesome from the initial inspection to the end of the repair. I had friends tell me that getting my RV repaired anywhere would take months. C&D RV Repair and Tyler got me back on the road faster than I could have ever imagined. Tyler even gave me some pointers on how to do a few simple things that would alleviate problems down the road. Have taken my fifth wheel here several times for minor as well as larger issues to get fixed. They are always great to work with, fair on prices, and get it done when they say they will, all of these things a rare find in the rv service world as you may know. I have taken in two RVs for repair (a fifth wheel and a diesel pusher). The work was done well in both cases and they went the extra mile to repair damage that I was unaware of at no extra charge.I am extremely satisfied and am pleased to recommend them to my friends.

Very horrible service. I came in and needed a part for my RV A/C and was met with horrible service. The guy abruptly said We dont have it and didnt even let me finish my sentence. Im thinking they treat customers that they think are poor differently because I was driving a somewhat shabby vehicle. Still, a customer is a customer and they should all be treated with great service. I ended up calling a local RV repairman who directed me to Johnson Supply.

One of the main slides in our 5th wheel trailer stuck in the closed position. I took the trailer to C & D RV, and I was very impressed with the service I received. Id driven an hour and a half to get there, and David, the owner, took my trailer into a bay right away to try to find the problem while I waited. After troubleshooting, the tech found that the slide tracks just needed lubrication. He thoroughly lubricated the tracks and slide seals, and at my request, also did a seasonal systems check, and had me back on the road home before the evening rush hour. With some RV service places, the slide lubrication issue would have been presented an opportunity to do some unnecessary repairs and add some extra charges. These guys are honest and dont work that way. C & D RV is our new RV service facility.
