The staff is always friendly, and very professional. The pumps always have fuel in them. They have some of the most reasonable prices in Pasadena, I always travel out of my way to get gas at this specific location. I’ve been going here for years, and I’ll continue to go here.

Here is what I know about the situations that apparently have no good reviews:1. Parking next to the door and the cones (cones are placed near the coolers because as any person with eyes can understand the attendants are stocking coolers, and they wont be able to do this if cars are parked next to it&personal cars are only parked there at night because I regret to say we live in Pasadena and it is a safety issue.).2. Gas being cut off, means your card didnt go through, you were pumping gas and basically getting it for free, and Im sorry but no one is that entitled.2. Walmart gift cards is pretty understandable, THEY ARE NOT IN WALMART PROPERTY. Understand this and move on.3. This place has great staff. They always work hard to have the place stocked, restroom cleaned, and quick service. I have no idea how this place is being told their staff has rude customer service when clearly that isnt an issue.I will keep coming here. Cheap gas (credit and cash is the same price) and I like stacking up my points.

Employees are always so respectful and helpful!

This gas station used to be the only place I would put gas. The employees seem to very often block the gas pumps next to the register by parking their personal vehicles and/or putting cones so no customers can use those pumps. I have reached out to corporate at least twice already about this issue. It seemed to have stopped for a little bit but it continues. This gas station can get pretty busy at times and to have the employees block several gas pumps is completely unacceptable. I believe that employee parking is off to the end of the gas station, which is not that far to walk to their area. That is plain laziness. And for this reason Ive stopped using this gas station.

How can a Walmart gas station not accept the gift card as payment for getting gas? I have been to almost a lot of Walmart gas stations that accept the gift card as payment but when told by the gas attendant that The Murphy gas station owned by Walmart does not accept the gift card as payment for gas and only used in the Walmart store? I can understand if its wanting to just make cash money but for the gas attendant here has really no customer service training whatsoever. If you hate your job that much then why do you bother coming in to work.

They dont accept Walmart gift cards and the best answer the attendant could give me is because theyre not on Walmart property. So theyre not still owned by Walmart? Bad look

October 16Th about 8:40 pm, The lady who attends there was extremely rude when I asked her why the three pumps I tried didnt have gas and no sign. She just yelled at me a second pointing my face with her finger. She just did not answer my question and put the delayed sign. What a customer service!
