This Rite aid location is great. They also have a fantastic staff, HOWEVER THEY DO NOT HAVE SUPPLIES. No cups for ice cream and no lids for the single size cups. Never!!!terrible for a hot September day

They have most things you’d need Rite Aid for, snacks, makeup, ice cream, magazines, random toys and trinkets and perfume. They are generally quite friendly and nice but there does seem o always been quite the wait and line whenever you are ready to pay. As if the employees are hiding or just a very few amount are on shift at a time. Unless I’m in a hurry, I’m happy with my time there.

This location is a great place to shop, extremely courteous and helpful staff, it is clean, and very convenient. i have been shopping here for all my needs for years.I can run in and pick up products that sometimes that I run out of instead of going to the more crowded grocery stores fast and easy. I am a Gold Star customer there, so my big 20% off is great! you can be one too, and get discounts. I especially like to comment on the service the staff have offered to all the customers during this pandemic, just to stay stocked and making sure everyone could get some supplies. Great job to the employees thanks for your politeness, much gratitude for your service!!

Honestly I only go there for ice cream and water bottles. Their selection is pretty limited. Their selection is between convenience store and grocery store level, with even beauty products.

A lot more space than I was expecting. Clean, wide aisles, probably only 3 customers there at the time. Also not as much inventory as other rite aids but it was nice not having to wait in line to buy 2 items.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy. My usual rite aid couldn’t fill my prescription, so they transferred it to this location. I called as directed by my usual pharmacist to make sure the transfer had happened and verify when it would be ready for pick-up, only to be treated very poorly by a female pharmacy worker (not the pharmacist - they were out). I was told in short order that I wasn’t a priority. Rude, unnecessary and unprofessional. Highly disappointed in their service.

A little ghetto, plays annoying music at night to deter homeless people (?)... As if they are the problem. Large store yet limited merchandise (the walgreens a few blocks away is smaller yet has nicer selection of products). Cheaper than the walgreens tho! No bags at self check out.

Yall are some of the rudest people Ive meet in California. The manager and two cashier are making fun of homeless people. One cashier was standing in the door way holding a sign someone left behind laughing yelling Josh. Well idk what kind of manager Josh is but to allow your cashier to laugh and joke at someone elses unfortunate is just wrong. What if that was you and your family. Then I tell the cashier 3 times what I needed and she still couldnt get it right. Never again will I shop here

Great place to pick up some odds and ends. Nice friendly service which of the pharmacy. When Plenty of parking as well as a drive-thru pharmacy pick up

Ive come to this rite aid a couple times and every time Ive come theres never enough help. There is always one employee at the register and no one at ice cream, even when there is a long line. The cashier has attitude when asked for help and is in no way helpful. This store either really does need more employees or better customer service.

Cheerful staff and clean very very clean

The blonde manager in this location is always so helpful and friendly, always willing to take the time to help customers and go that extra mile! I cant even count how many times shes checked the back stockroom for items for me; Jessica & Jessika (sp?) Are fantastic, they are both such great people and make you feel so welcome in their store. The entire staff is top notch! Also very well stocked!!

Terrible service, pharmacy lies, tell you one date then when you go to pick up your prescription it’s another date. never had any of these problems at CVS. They live up to the reviews beware.

Very clean and organized store

Pretty standard rite aid. I use it regularly for my prescriptions and occasional purchases. I agree that there are sometimes a shortage of employees at the register, but Ive never had to wait too long to complete a purchase.

Do you like aggressive homeless people begging for money? Do you like pushy solicitors collecting money for a sketchy, probably fabricated charity? Then this Rite-Aid is for you! Besides that its fine as far as a Rite-Aid goes.

I went here to get some first aid supplies. The staff was cheerful and friendly, and the store was clean. There is a free parking lot on site as well.

Always understaffed, incredibly racist manager, long waiting lines, outrageous prices. there is a CVS and a Walgreens nearby that are far better

Large store with a good selection but they rarely have enough cashiers working.

I was yelled at by a clerk today when I asked for the bathroom key. He wouldnt get me the key and he said I needed to ask another person at the register. I went to the register but the cashiers ignored me. Not wanting to interrupt everyone, I asked the same clerk if he could please help me find a key. He yelled at me in front of the whole store. I dont understand why you would yell at a customer who truly just needed a bathroom.

Thrifty Ice Cream

This is a good store (but my favorite is Sunset/Highland and my bromaster buddy, David...who thinks he is related to Craig Robinson, the actor known for The Office, Pineapple Express, and setting the bar wayyyy to high for impressionable clerks at Rite-Aid...back to AciDena Rite-Aid (credit Far East Movement), I received excellent customer service from very first day I went there and the store manager back-dated the 2/1 sales deal on their larger than anywhere cavalcade of Arizona Iced Tea products...and Im sure that had I lingered even longer the manager would have given me even more service, but I clutched my huge bag of cans just below belt high and skeedaddled out of there.

Employees werent very friendly or helpful. Wont go back to the that store
