I come here to grab a morning caffiene hike and a protein bar :). Well stocked, friendly staff and a clean store. Self-checkout generally only takes card, but its not a huge issue. Gas/rewards program gets you 10 cents off a gallon, and it always seems to have what I need. Great little spot.

Stopped in again this evening to get 2 packs of cigarettes and a couple of cokes. Went to check out and the lady told me I had to use self checkout. I told her I do not use them. The lady told me she did not have enough cash and I had to use self checkout. I told her I was using debit card. That she could check me out. She again said she was not checking me out to use self checkout. I sat everything down and left. Dashing down the street was happy to take my money and to check me out.

This is the most inconsistent location I have seen. This location never has a full cooler to choose from, and if it is full its all the same item. Chicken salad is barely chopped up, I get whole tough pieces of the chicken, clearly its old. Air machine never works, countless other reasons this one is sub-par. Since the management change about a year or so ago the quality of everything declined, as well as the morale in the store. People that I had seen there for a long time wound up quitting because of it, and the ones that have stuck around are spoken to like dirt. I do not recommend this particular location until they change management again to someone respectful that knows what theyre doing.

I haven’t seen the person that was the focus of my negative review. I like royal farms because of their quick follow ups. This place is good and the older man behind the counter always makes you feel welcome. Back to five stars. Keep it up guys.

Customer service here is Awful! The lines are always long, backed up, and the people working dont care. No sense of urgency.The free air pump has been broken for the past 4 months. Yet there is no sign on it putting it out of order. If you try to use it, you end up letting more air out of your tires. I can honestly say that this is absolutely the worse c store in the state. They survive because of volume but they dont care about their customer.

I used to avoid this place; however after the demolition and rebuild its becoming a more regular stop. Everything about this Royal Farms Store is new including the employees or at least it seems that way. The inside is very bright and welcoming. The layout makes it easy to locate what youre looking for.Oh and did I mention that they have a working, free air machine for your car? That alone is worth the trip.

Appreciate getting the air hose fixed! Thats what was holding me back from giving a great rating previously.

Gotta love royal farms coffee!! In particular, Heather always does a fantastic job with the coffee station. Its always a clean and organized area, and when Heather is there, the coffee is always fresh!!

Men’s bathroom sink out of service. So my question is? If there isn’t hand sanitizer outside the bathroom door, how far does the employee walk until they wash their hands? Seriously a gross location

Every time I go there your employee elsue is rude and arrogant and never has any fresh chicken! I live right next door and I purposely drive to the other end of mountain road for food because they always have fresh food!

7/14/2017, just got off work at 4am decided to get fried chicken for a quick meal. We ordered fried chicken, we ask the guy at the food counter if the fried chicken are fresh and He said Yes. We got home and open the bag, well unfortunately we got OLD, DRIED, GREASY,CHEWY and OVER COOKED fried chicken!!Were just too tired to go back and complain! Never again!

I enjoy coming here HOWEVER. We waiting 40 minutes for our food one day. I believe it was a holiday, but that’s besides the point. This place isn’t a restaurant and shouldn’t take 40 minutes for some royal farms chicken.

Every single time I go here the service is so slow. There are never enough people working here. I love rofo but this place is dirt slow. Need some better management or something.

Not friendly, slow, and always seem to be out of stuff. How do you make subs but are out of lettuce not the first time the kitchens run out of stuff. Does the manager not know how to properly make his orders?

Newly built and they added a gas station too. Great chicken and wedges, always fast and fresh. Love it!

The associates pay no attention to you just talk about their personal stuff right in front of you. Cussing and what not seem to be high. Employees arent doing anything just getting a paycheck. Manager is not managing the associates. Floors slippery and greasy. So sad.

On July 29, 2018 at 8:30 AM the decaf coffee was old. All the other blends of coffee were empty.If your going to Church on Sunday this is not the stop for you.The is a problem with the manager not managing. Had the manager been managing, I would not have this problem. The manager needs to learn how to manage!

Really like the chicken, but tonight it was overcooked and oily,westen fries the same even had a strange odor, but I guess my real complaint is the cashier. This is the second time I had Albert wait on me, this guy is so busy watching what everyone else is doing, that he just stands there.He needs taken off the front line and let him stock shelfs or something.

I think the employees are great but I think Albert is the best in employ of the year I think he deserves a raise and a pramotion he is funny and cool my kids like him.

This place is the worst. They employ active addicts and the result is the slowest service. I literally just watched the woman at the deli counter nodding out as she made my sandwich for the last 10 minutes. Her eyes were pinned and she was clearly blasted. I lived in Dundalk where the addicts work harder. Smh.

While the food is good...the service isnt. This is my second time having an employee argue and have an attitude the entire time due to mistakes on the staffs part. I would like to preference that I am not one to complaining make things difficult for employees in the service industry.There was an older woman with an accent working today, me and two friends came in with 3 food tickets. First ticket was fine, however the second and third were apparent issues. After watching multiple customers leave with their orders...we decided to say something. Big mistake...They forgot my fries and had a huge attitude when I asked for them and my sauce (printed on the tickets...). My other friend was given the wrong order and was called back because it was a wrong order. After over 40 mins of waiting...we said something again. She acted like we were trying to rob the store of chicken...she kept serving other customers while we were right there. Mumbling under her breath and telling other customers in front of us that people do this all the time. My response was what? Wait an hour for their food?.We then asked for the tickets back (for a refund) and she kept refusing them to us. She gave extra pieces to customers for waiting long, except for us because we were I guess giving her a hard time. We even empathized with her, saying that she was overworked and that we understood but she kept sarcastically saying no I get it...im just stupid.All in all we had to fight with this woman and waited 50 mins for food. She messed up multiple orders, denied us a refund....and worst of all, blamed us for her mistakes. I will never again get food when she is working and I hope the person in charge can make amends and treat their employee to be professional. This woman was double our age and acted like a child. A customer using the ATM told us that she was here before and had a similar issue with her.Id like to note that the women at the register were professional and polite. Never had an issue with them. Food was great....employee serving it was abysmal and unprofessional.

The guy who made our sandwich seemed to be in training but no one was watching him. He toasted the sandwich before adding cheese and chicken, he forgot ingredients, and he took a very long time.

The service here is extremely unprofessional, working there is worse the managers are extremely childish and dont know what the hell theyre doing.
