Ordered pickup here several times before and each time pick up was straight forward and easy. They have two door entrance, one from the street with the photo counter and another from the parking lot with regular sales counter. Went to the sales counter and it was ready to go. Parking readily available in city lot.

Super long hold time, currently holding on the phone, 15 minutes and counting as they play that dreadful Cisco hold song....you know the one- New Age tune with clappy echo. And they just picked up and simultaneously hung up the phone. Might not be the employees fault, could be understaffed, but a bad experience nonetheless.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful. Wish they were all like that. He went out of his way to assist me. 👍

Im giving 5 star for being so helpful and patient to this ff person Ash, Omar. Patty and Natalie.They are so kind everytime I go there and do multiole transaction. And they always help regarding the balance rewards.

The store is great but the pharmacy experience was terrrible. They didn’t want to honor my Rx. because I was from out of town but have been with Walgreens pharmacy for many years. Had to wait for them to speak to my provider for a diagnosis code then they never told me that he had actually talked to them. Waited for over an hour and when I asked if I should return told me a “few more minutes” which was another 30 minutes. Their customer service was terrible! I guess I should only go to my pharmacy back home. What a hassle!

An ok spot if youre looking for general goods. The service is more on the meh side. The various cashiers ive dealt with definitely dont seem like they want to be there.

Great service and friendly staff

They close earlier than the hours posted I came in there 10 minutes before closing time and they had lock the doors it was Saturday 5-10- 2019. Thats not cool when youre driving to get there

On hold for for over 25 mins with pharmacy. Spoke with the mgr and she apologized stating the pharmacy is backed up! Too busy to pick up the phone? Either the pharmacy is POORLY managed or they have incompetent people, maybe both.
