This place is terrible! Three times I have given them a chance to see if they would be better and they have disappointed me every single time. The cookies are HARD AS ROCKS! What is going on?Just bought a double doozie and the cookies were rock hard and the icing was not soft at all, which makes me think that these cookies have been out in the open for days! Maybe weeks! If the icing is hard then that just makes me question their entire operation. I get that it is a franchise and you are trying to make money, but wow, do cookies cost that much to make? I dont know who is in charge of this place but please, please, please come to ANY other Great American Cookie Company and see if they have hard cookies. If they do, I can promise you their business has dried up!

If no stars were a choice that is what they would get! Don’t use them for your cookie cake needs, we have given this place two chances and both times they failed us! The first time we asked the young man to make a turtle, he couldn’t do it, we asked for flowers, they turned out terrible! Today ordered a cake asked for a bass, no, can’t do it, any fish, no can’t do it, what can you do? Two palm trees with water between them. Whatever, do that then on a large rectangle cake. Uhhhhhh, I don’t know how to do it on that shape. So we pick up this cake when all is said and done the palm trees with a setting sun between them looks like a basket or a giant cupcake! Pathetic! Also made to pay in advance or he wouldn’t make it! When my husband was there to pick up the disaster he decided he wanted a couple cookies and the young man said buy three get one free. So my husband chose a snicker doodle and he said I can’t give you that for free. ??? That’s okay my husband said, I still want two snicker doodles. The young man said you don’t understand I can’t give you those for free! My husband told him, I want what I want! Just charge me for them! He still couldn’t comprehend that, that was the mans choice! He didn’t ask for it to be free! So pathetic! Never again!

Heres the thing: if you want to walk in to buy cookies, this place is great! We love going to get cookies or ice cream in the same place. However, we ordered a cookie cake from them thinking we would get the same great service and it just was the exact opposite of every other interaction weve had here.I called the day before I wanted the cake and asked if it was too short of notice and the woman said no. She even suggested that they could make the cake that evening but it was much too late for me to pick it up so I just asked to pick it up day of the party (which was the next day) She made it sound like even though they opened at 1130, and she said they get there at 11 to begin making the cookies, that she wouldnt be able to have the cookie cake ready until 12pm. Totally fine. I sent my MIL to go pick it up at 1130, which was earlier than the agreed time, and the woman gave her a hard time and claimed she wasnt supposed to be there until 1230pm. BUT THEN PULLED THE CAKE THAT HAD BEEN MADE THE NIGHT BEFORE OUT. Why would you tell me I cant pick it up at 1130 when you opened- which is what I originally asked for- but you make it the night before anyways? Also, why are you giving the customer a hard time about being there early if its already made anyways? Poor customer service. Anyways, this puts a bad taste in my mouth, and weve been loyal customers since this location opened.

I was here in the morning, and a lady named Zia was very nice. She got my cookie cake ready in very short time. Definitely coming back soon since my boyfriend is next month.

Great service. It was my first time, and it was hard for me to decide what to get. Young man offered me samples of ice cream. I loved their sweet cream with almonds and chocolate chips. I will be back with my wife next time.👍

We ordered a cookie cake for my sons birthday .it was awesome. Couldnt get enough of that cake. Our guests loved it too. I wish I could have that cake everyday. They actually made it special for a birthday party . Amazing customer service and very very friendly environment . I loved the place.

Birthday cake with rainbow sprinkles is what I get and it’s super delicious. The guy who made my ice cream did a good job.

The store manager Seon was extremely attentive to my previous concern and I appreciate his responsiveness. Really nice guy who restored my positive view of this chain.

Customer service sucked. There was absolutely no one else in the store to serve so no reason the staff should have been rude or rushed. The cookies were not fresh. I just couldn’t stand to tell the kids no is the only reason why I spent my hard earned dollars there.

Don’t bother ordering a cookie cake from the Great American Cookie Company in Pasadena Tx that also is a Marble Slab. They misspelled my birthday message and the decorating job was messy. When I asked them to redo the owner just starred at me.

When I asked if the chewy chocolate supreme had nuts I was told no. A quick search online resulted in my finding the ingredients with pecan and cashew listed.

Amazing. We came here few days ago, and were served by two young boys who gave us good service. We will come again even though it’s little expensive.

Yea I think not. $10 for 6 cookies. Not even that tasty. Thats crazy. and they are small. Let me give yall deer park people a heads up. Head over to Cookie Express on Pasadena Blvd, and you can get a giant cookie for 75 cents..and the cookie cake over there makes these franchise cookie cakes look like an flatten out ant.

I went in for the first time a week ago. My expectations are low at this point because I found out that it’s being run by the same people who ran Marble Slab around the corner. Ask them to write down large orders or orders with slight changes from the menu. They got my orders wrong almost every time if it wasn’t a basic cone with a scoop of ice cream. I stopped going a long time ago and had hopes for this new location. Disappointing.

Overpriced, two women working were rude. We won’t be back.

The girl that helped us looked like she was new and hardly talked, she was nervous and dropped a couple things. She took a long time to make a icecream shake.
