Green’s Jewelry did an outstanding job resizing my ring. I had taken it to be resized elsewhere before ending up at Green’s and I was very disappointed with the finished product. The resizing work was shotty and I paid for rhodium finish for my white gold engagement ring but was not given it. Green’s jewelry not only resized me properly but also made the botched resize I had gotten previously look like it never happened. The finish was done well and I couldn’t be happier with the final product! It was also ready for pick up 4 days prior than the estimate pick up date given! Very pleased with my experience!

Gave them a call after jumping from spot to spot with no real eye appealing pieces of jewerly. The gentleman answered the phone and was just as friendly over the phone as they were in person. Gave me a great deal on a neckless my fiancee loved!!! These guys are friendly, respectful and genuine. I will be back.

I was thrilled to walk-in and have so many choices for wedding band/engagement ring combos. I have a lovely diamond from my original (25 year old) wedding but wanted to add some interest to the ring. I went to greens jewelers I was recommended by someone I walk in there they look at me like i am a thief maybe it’s because of my race but they definitely didn’t take care of me I went to Mark Todd jewelers they were very nice to me and they respected me I definitely do not recommend green jewelers unless your A high-class customer they leave me the down look like I was a nobody be aware of those people they won’t treat you right.If I could leave a zero star I would because that’s what they deserve.

I brought my wife’s bracelet to Green’s Jewelry for repair. They recommend a replacing the closure with a specific type of clasp.I was very happy with the service and price. They performed excellent work. I highly recommend them!

I asked for help with Diamonds, looking over the inventory I realized prices were higher than other places. What blew me away was when he offered to purchase a ring i was not selling. he offered 1% of its appraised value. when I questioned the price. he said just being honest. either he knew the true value and was dishonest. or he is not a gemologist. either way, this is not an honest company. worse experience i have ever had at a jeweler. Hope this helps others, VERY DISHONEST.

I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere and attention I receive while in the store. I must say that Lisa is great. When I request assistance in choosing an item, I get excellent recommendations and suggestions to make my choice. Also I really like the discounts I receive on very nice items I choose to purchase. This was my first visit to Greens Jewelry and I had three things done:- My wedding ring & engagement ring are to be sized (made larger)- I ordered a halo cluster that is to be added to my engagement ring- I am getting a quote to enlarge a bangleThe sales person was very nice & very helpful. The only issue I had was we were supposed to double check the size of my ring finger before I left & both the sales person & I forgot to do this. I will have to go back to have this done as I want to make sure the ring is not to small when it is sized. I have no input yet regarding the addition of the halo to my engagement ring or the quote for the enlargement of the bangle since these have not yet been completed.

I wanted to get a custom piece of jewelry made. I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted. I explained verbally to Jeffrey what I was looking for and he rough sketched it out. He then got different size diamonds, pearls and emeralds and laid them out and swapped sizes until the exact look was achieved. He kept me informed how the build was going and allowed me to pay in installments until the piece was paid for. It was a flawless transaction and the final piece was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Greens for knowledge and customer service.

The Green family fits this description. They and their staff are always helpful. The store has an excellent variety of jewelry and price points. There is a wonderful watch selection. They will work with you for special designs and items that they can order to meet your needs. Of great importance to me is that, when I need the special jewelry and stones cared for, cleaned or settings altered, etc., I can trust that the valuable items will be safe in their care and the advice they provide is sound. It is every bit worth it to me to now travel a half hour to their store, rather than closer jewelers. My grown children also feel the same. We would not dream of going anywhere else.

Bought a beautiful diamond there. They have great classics and some newer stuff too. Great quality and the guys will tighten the stone and clean for free. I will be back! Much more personal than the chains of jewelry stores.

Recently I found out they also do custom work. How cool is that!
