Sales person finger touching the donuts. Once I informed her she did put gloves on to pick up donuts. I left her a tip after.

My order was not correct ask for a sausage plain klachi a ham and cheese kalachi and some donuts donuts got home I had 2 sausage collaches they dont speak very good English Im sick of it of it I wont be back

The donuts were good and hot.

This is the only Shipleys I know that you can go to at 7:15 AM in the morning and still get cold donuts. They save day-old donuts to sale in the morning

Most of what I got was fine. The apple fritters i got were seriously lacking one thing though... apples. It was like they just waved the apple over the fritters a couple of times. Nothing like the ones they used to make a couple of years ago... those were awesome.. That cost em a star. They lost a second star for No Bearclaws. A 3rd star got yanked because if you click on that specific stores menu, it lists Bearclaws but if you go to that specific Shipleys youll learn 2 things... 1)that they dont make the tasty treats there anymore and.. 2) the store that does still make Bearclaws is in Houston somewhere.Update yalls online menus as to what this location actually carries and Ill be happy to edit and add a star.

Always super friendly and quick service.The smaller parking lot does make the line seem longer but it generally flows fairly quickly. Ive never really run into an occasion where they are out of something. Usually really clean too!

The people are extremely rude and if you order through doordash they do not follow the instructions. I ask to speak with the manager and she said that she was too busy to talk to me. I absolutely recommend that no one ever goes to this shipleys ever again

They hardly have a selection of donuts to choose from early in the morning and I am talking about 5:30 am early. I have been by twice and they have not had any of the donuts that I requested or the lady try’s to give me a donut with jelly inside 🤢. It is a shame because we love this donut shop because it really is convenient for us.

To me...they are the best donuts ever made! Their kolaches are good but the donuts are to die for!

The employees here are very polite, friendly, and helpful. I was rushing to get food for my son before an event and they helped pack up everything so that it was easy to carry. Our conversation helped put me in a great mood, in addition to the warm donuts, kolaches, and hot coffee. I am glad we dropped in! Also I agree with the reviewer who said this location has the best kolaches. They were way better than I remember having from Shipley!

I w asv i tr ing also 30 mins in the drive thru with only 1 ca rd infront of me. There was a car behind me and no way of me getting out. I had to sit there, wait and watch people walking in and walking out with their donuts in less than 2 mins while the people in the drive thru just waited.

The donuts were like Krispy Kreme not the nice fluffy donuts I am used to getting. The kolaches are alright.

Great place to get a hot donut or a kolache. I have grown up on Shipley donuts. I have tried others but nothing compares to Shipley Donuts.

Kolaches here are the best! They usually have a line in the mornings but you can tell they do their best to move through it as fast as possible with great service and a friendly face

This location NEVER has sausage and cheese or the jalapeño kolaches after like 11AM. They refuse to make more. This has happened repeatedly. If y’all close at 2PM then you should have your menu available after 11AM.

IT WASNT EVEN NINE AM, AND I GOT TWO COLD DONUTS... I ALWAYS COME AND GET HOT DONUTS. I WAS LOOKING FOWARD TO ENJOY MY DONUTS... THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND GREAT STAFF JUST VERY SAD I GOT MY DONUTS COLD TODAY...

Greatest Donuts in Houston, freshly made and not the factory fake flavor as Krispy Kreme. Coffee is excellent too.

They always have fresh donuts, the drive thru its kind of short so you end up on the street waiting

Kolaches are better than those from the Shipleys in Jacinto City and the one on Uvalde.

The donuts are always good but this location is really small. There is hardly any parking so try to come early on the weekends before the crowd comes in.
