Updated review: Great service all around. Recently took batteries in to be resealed. Very pleased with the outcome, although not sure if they will continue this service. Worth asking since they charge less than $2 per battery. Prices are the best around in my opinion and I really appreciate the staff being so patient and kind with educating me when it comes to my vape. They have anything you need so definitely check them out.

Wow!! I am so glad I found this shop! I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. I’ve made two visits to this beautiful shop in the last week to prepare for a trip where Vape Shops are unavailable. Both times, one of the owners and another knowledgeable staff member were there to help. They went above and beyond what I already considered excellent customer service by explaining all options. The homemade house juices have been a life saver ensuring I have just the right amount of nicotine so that I don’t go back to cigarettes. Can’t beat their pricing either! Highly recommend!

The people are awesome always friendly and make a point to get to know their patrons. The pricing of the hardware was far less and really had solid simple designs instead of gimmicky expensive devices that fall apart immediately as was my luck when buying a mod in the past.

Probably the friendliest owners I’ve ever met and their own vape juice (that they make right there, in front of you) is out-of-this-world!! I have never tasted more spot-on flavor like that before. This is a great vape shop. They have a great selection. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They mix custom flavors in the shop, and are able to make anything to specifications. The atmosphere is nice and the shop is clean and well stocked. Im happy to shop here regularly.

I just drove here from almost 20 miles away, they close at 7 I called and said I probably wouldnt be there until 7:05 and they stayed open and help me until 7:15 and smiled the whole time. Selection was great had everything I wanted definitely recommend them. Been vaping for 2 years sub ohm mostly tanks but just wanted to try small pot system and they had the one I wanted which just came out I was kind of amazed that they had it already

Pretty awesome place. I would definitely recommend this place. I feel very awkward going into most vape shops because I’m not really into all of it and all the people hanging out but I have been trying to quit my smoking habit so I needed nicotine free juice. I went in got what I needed and out the door I went. The staff didn’t make me feel awkward at all and I appreciate that🙇‍♀️

Friendly employees and good products

Decided to try this vape shop out and was absolutely satisfied with the service and products. The owners are very nice and helpful, the shop is clean and very well stocked with products, and the juice is high quality. They do not give you a thin liquid, they actually give you a thicker juice that lasts longer and it doesnt turn black on you like I have experienced with other places. Prices are great!!! Buy 2 bottles you get one free!!! Definitely will be buying all my vape products here from now on.

Place looks great. Well stocked with juice and items. Customers seem loyal.Then customer service ruins it. The wife/owner a know it all but when it comes time to ACTUALLY show and check out my new Vape I just purchased, it was like GTFO now that we got your money. Husband/Owner appears to have half a clue but he is not very engaging.The other woman who works there I bought juice from you know the non-owner, tries hard. Id give a half star for her.Must be the family and friends network that get the good service and give stars. With all the competition in the industry, youd think being cool to new clients would be at a premium. Bro, keep your wife at home.Much better experience at Vape Frog I hit up after, will review that next, they are 5 minutes apart.

Stopped by to meet someone from the Maryland Vape Exchange. What I thought may be a brief 30 minute hang out became several hours. Great atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ill put it to you this way, several of their house flavors were so good I will be making the almost 2 hr journey again just to buy more. Along with a fantastic assortment of great house blends, flavors, and premiums. They have an astounding selection of mods, tanks,and rdas alike. The hand crafted organizers and stations for sale are worth the stop in alone. If youre in the Pasadena area I must recommend BS vapes. Their Chai tea house blend is phenomenonal.

Knowledge - these guys have been in the vape game a long time and really know their stuff. Not only that, but they will give sound advice without pretentiousness and never try to upsell you.Gear - They will not sell crap gear, ever. This was the first vape shop my husband and I regularly came to because of their amazing, no BS customer service. It wasnt until recently, when we received a bunch of free juices at a vape event, that we realized how DELICIOUS their juice is... weve been coddled all this time, and thankful for it.Prices - always reasonable. always. They have sales from time to time and regular discounts for the military.Overall - I love these guys and my husband and I always say how lucky we are to have found them.

All i can really say is if you live anywhere in Maryland, especially in Anne Arundel County area, i highly suggest you check BS Vapes out. Just the experience alone is worth the trip. Ive never been in a vape shop where i can stick around longer than the time it takes to get whatever i came to purchase, simply because most of them make me feel uncomfortable or they have arrogant and unhelpful staff.. But then i found myself in BS Vapes. As meticulous as i am, i have been very impressed with how they run things there. Bill and Sarah(the owners) are very good people, very respectful, and have helped me out alot since ive met them. Almost everything i know about vaping now was tought to me by them. Ashley(the manager) is also very nice, respectful, and very helpful as well. They have such a great selection of Mods, RDAs, RTAs, tanks, coils, juice, and everything in between! Not to mention they probably have the best prices in the county and they always have deals/sales going on. Theyre all very knowledgeable people and will go above and beyond to help educate you and get you what you actually want. By that i mean they dont try to sell you something just cause it makes them money. Theres been plenty of times that ive wanted a very pricey item and sarah or bill would say no no no.. If youre looking for *this and that* than i suggest you get *this* cause it performs way better and you will be more happy with this and it costs half the price!. I almost always take their advice, and they havent let me down yet. You literally cant find that anywhere else, that i know of. Their juice is top notch and bill will make you almost anything you could want. And i promise you will be very impressed. I havent been to any other shop since i found them, because in my opinion no other shop compares. Its also in a really good area, so with all that being said i highly recommend them to any body wether youre new or experienced!

Id first like to say i will visit a store more then once before i give a review and see if the first time service is as good as the continued service...and im pleased to say it is...im not sure where the previous reviwer was talking about but it seems pretty obvious it wasnt BS Vapes...first, the parking lot is very quiet ive been there several times ..now granted there are cars as there are several buisnesses in the small complex..but there is always parking and ive never on numerous visits seen anyone loitering there day or night. People just going in or out of stores and doing buisness. The owners are really great, kind,friendly and very welcoming to people with all levels of vaping knowledge. The house blended juices are pretty awesome and taste like what you order the hazelnut cupcake being on of my favorites...This place is completely what a well run buisness should be and is a place i always feel safe and welcome at. The prices are good, and they are super helpful and friendly. Ive made this my regular vape shop and really dont plan on going to any others. So stop in say hi and try the house juices for yourself. You will be super glad you did!
