Very very friendly service. Had my sons blanket embroidered and the lady did a wonderful job. She was attentive and very nice. Definitely will be going back for more items. I highly recommend.

Ive always taken my business to Aylesco. They are always friendly, and I receive my items in a timely manner. Ive had numerous blankets, shirts, and even items for my wedding a few years ago embroidered, and have never been disappointed. They are the best in town, and I would highly recommend them.

I was in there yesterday when the incident Lori Rios is referring to, and I would like to say that she was the one being completely disrespectful to the employees. The employee that asked if she wanted to wait was trying to be polite, but Mrs. Rios continued to be rude. I have never had any issues with this business, and have been taking my items there for a few years now, and have NEVER seen them have poor customer service. I honestly think that lady was in the wrong, and I feel bad for the business for having to put up with customers like her.

The Absolute WORST customer service. Stay away from this disaster unless you want a headache. Dropped off on Monday, promise day was Friday. Went the following Monday (7 days later) still had not even begun. Girl asked if i wanted to wait 5-10 minutes. 13 minutes later I get a call from Horribly rude hispanic lady and she asks what color do I want???? Gets an attitude and hangs up. I called back and the Manager/Owner was just as bad. I will never again support such a disgrace. Would give negative stars if allowed

Awesome and sweet ladies. However, alittle disappointed with how my tie blanket turned out. I asked for it to be embroidered in the corner of the blanket to say something special for my nephew. I even emailed a picture to them saying I want it done exactly like this one in the picture (which was on the solid colored side). Well when I picked it up the embroidery was on the patterned side. I said oh no thats the wrong side. The lady said well I guess we didnt discuss what side you wanted it on. I agreed and said no but I said I wanted it done exactly like the picture I sent you. She stated well we can redo it but it will put holes in your blanket, why would I want holes in my blanket? I guess Im just alittle upset because if you didnt know what side I wanted the embroidery on, then you should have called.

I love this place its fast and great pricing with the most nicest sweetest ladies that work there.
