The front receptionist (if they have one) is not polite or professional. You can not understand what she is saying when she initially picks up the phone and she will not let you finish your sentence before she transfers you. Both times that I called she transferred to the wrong person for her lack of communication and letting me finish. When I got transferred to Myra, I could understand her, but she just transferred me to someones voicemail. The second time that I had to talk to her she was not pleasant either. When I did reach the sales guy (Manuel) he was helpful but unable to fill the very small order.

I only pick up our orders here but they always have it ready and are quick to load me up.

Great company, bad management skills, and need a better employees

Great customer service. They are the only place I go to when I need a CM Hoist or Rigging product.

Was referred to them for an inlet bushing for an impact gun. Stopped by with the part and was told they would not help me without the model # on the gun (which is no longer on the gun). Waste of my time.
