This is the third location that I have visited and it is by FAR, the BEST!!!I am a VERY difficult person to fit... And I am aware of this fact... So I walked into the store with very low expectations.Ivy showed me to a dressing room and asked 2 questions. She returned with THE PERFECT BRA!!! First bra she brought me and it fit PERFECTLY!!!I tried on a couple more, just to be sure... And I was!!!I bought that first bra, and it makes a HUGE difference in my life!!! My confidence has increased, my clothes look AMAZING and I feel INCREDIBLE!!!THANK YOU, IVY!!! While paying for my purchase, I met Jennii who also works there and is HILARIOUS!!!I had a wonderful time at Jenette Bras, Pasadena and I highly recommend it...a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!They DO require an appointment... BUT they have lots of times available... If you are hard to fit and sized above a D... TREAT YOURSELF to the Jenette Bras of Pasadena experience!!!

I had a negative experience here. The fitter told me my band size was a 40 when I told her Id measured at home at a 42. Instead of being a witness which I needed her to be, and being a part of the process of me trying to put on the bra, she put it in from the back, which is unhelpful, as I need to see if it is possible for me and if I can close the garment front the front. Because of this incorrect assessment of my size, I was in physical pain, back and rib pain, for more than 5 hours after my appointment. The fitter did not acknowledge that differences in breast shape effect bra fit, she was only aware of size differences and fitted me into very ill fitting cups, which she thought could be tweaked in size to provide a perfect fit. I felt they were very ill fitting and constricting and wasnt interested in sizing down. This store is not a good store for the morbidly obese, or plus sized as people refer to it these days. They only stock up to 44 band and the fittings are brutal. The fitter was uncomfortable with indecency and sexualized my nipple when my breast tissue did not correctly fit into the cup, which she should have been evaluating me for rather than checking me out. I only got to try Anita, Elomi, Panache, and Louisa Bracq bras and only one style out of each of these brands except for Elomi, where I tried 2 styles, but I could have told you in advance Elomi bras are made for a different breast type than mine. It was not worth the hour drive to get there.

Ive been coming to Jeanette for years. They make bra shopping fun and enjoyable. Their bras are pricey, but they last a very long time with proper care. The staff are always pleasant and patient. I am a devoted customer and refer women to the store often.

Theres an old saying you get what you pay for. No theyre not cheap. What you need to understand about bras as that each designer understands the breast in a different manner. If you go to Victorias Secret its kind of like the McDonalds of all bra places. If you go to Torrid its the same thing. The nice part about Jenelles bras different brands of bras. The other ones only carry their own brand. There are many bra makers out there but unless you find the brand that fits your breast, youll never stay high ladies, if you know what I mean. Jenette provides custom one one fitting and have many shape styles you can choose from its not just 1 or 2 styles of bras. And you learn about your shape of a breast on your body. I hope she never goes out of business, we are women need more personal attention to the shape of our body. Its important that a woman to know their body. Jenette Bras gives so much for someone to be very compassionate and patient as they are to their customer service. I will give them 10 Stars if I could.

Love this place! Yes its not you average $20 bra but its quality bras that make you feel great and fit better. I have about 4 bras from here and several panties and every time I wear them I feel great. I feel good because it fits me well. Love the customer service here.

Not cheap, but thats what you pay for quality and a good fit. If the store with the pink bags has let you down in fit or function, or youre like me and have a ratio of band to cup size that is really hard to find, this place will hook you up (literally) with what you need to feel pretty and perky. They dont do returns unless there is a malfunction with the product very soon after, so make sure you are in love with the bra and get filled in on their return policy. They are very patient and friendly while you find your perfect bra.

I found out about Janettes when I drove by their West LA Wilshire location and saw their tag line: Where the alphabet starts at D and thought YES!I visited the Pasadena location a couple times, both visits were a great experience. You go here to get the right fit and find quality well-fitting undergarments. Its not a shopping floor. You go in and they take you to a private fitting room where they check out what youre working with, then will select some sizes and styles depending on what youre looking for. I came in while pregnant and bursting out of my bra and given what I left wearing (I wore the bra out), Im surprised the girl helping me didnt laugh at what I came in wearing. She also advised me about shopping for nursing bras, telling me they advised coming in either while nursing or no more than 3 weeks prior since breasts will change size and shape a lot at this time. So I came back shortly before I was due and got a few nursing bras that were very reasonably priced.These bras can get a little pricey - but youre definitely paying for quality and selection. It was a great experience and I knew what I was in for always on the search for quality well-fitting bras. I want to take all my busty friends here.

Got a strapless bra for $80.00. Prices are high but we have to live with that when we are well endowed.
