The person working was so eager to help me and did an amazing job picking me out exactly what I wanted. Hes so sweet and helpful and I love how knowledgeable he is with every fabric, fit, style, and brand. Amazing service and quality scrubs. I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes for being in the store! Love. They also have a wholesale service with discounts for Hospitals and Clinics!
Great experience in a busy establishment; the showroom is nice! New Styles! The staff are extremely helpful, they answered all questions and guided me towards the right choices and brands that would fit my body type. Love the place. Also, they sell masks and hand sanitizers.Im so happy that I was able to find a store that is open and provides healthcare staff with their needs. Thank you Scrubs!
This is my second time coming here after a few years! The first time I bought the purple label scrub pants & it lasted me about 3 years until the seam between my thigh started to wear down. I went in an hour before closing & the gentleman was so helpful with looking for different scrubs bc they didnt have the purple label. I bought the Cherokee brand and Ive gotten many compliments at work.Also this place exchanges any items you purchase; so you can always come back and exchange items!
I got some great scrubs for cheap here. The man at the front was very helpful and enthusiastic about some new designs he wanted to bring out. Definitely recommend if youre in the area!

Need of uniforms ASAP after I ruined my scrubs at work!I was looking for a scrub store for some time today. Finally came here and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff!I believe I didnt get his name but he was very nice asked me what color or style I needed and he helped me find my size and all..this is a busy establishment since they are also wholesale and work directly with hospitals and production.

Wow! The shop is a mess! 1st time there and boxes and scrubs everywhere. Could not even walk around to look at items on display. The sales man was too busy to assist with sizing and would just say things like “what’s there is what we carry” or “we don’t have that size”.Would love to have come when he was better organized so that I could have been able to buy more. Good items, bit over priced. Most sets were $65+ not sure if that’s normal looking at competing stores like Target/Amazon/EBay. Worst part is you can’t try them on and no refunds of the items don’t fit well and you can’t find another item you may like due to size and lack of items in that size/label.
The owner was very rude. He is no longer selling to the public, only wholesale.In response to the owners response.LOL, you said to me that you do not lie to customers. You said that you were now going wholesale and that you no longer have dressing rooms, but that you would allow me to make a purchase. Apparently you also meant that no one is allowed to try a jacket on over clothes. Then you said that you were on a call making a big sale and that you were not going to lose your sale because of me. Then you took the merchandise that I was going to purchase from my hands, showed me the door and walked back to your counter with phone in hand.
Pros: They have a big selection of good quality uniforms and were hygienic. The owner wore a mask and sanitized the credit card scanner .Cons : as soon as the owner saw me he says you a large or extra large! He kept emphasizing at how big I was . Made me very uncomfortable. Btw the size mediums I bought fit just fine . Listen to your customers
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF. REPORTING TO BBB. They sold me very cheap quality uniforms and as soon as I went back to try to return them (Within 20mintues of purchase) They said no returns, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO LEGAL SIGNS nor did this theft advise me before my purchase. VERY CHEAP CLOTHING! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Found this place online as a wholesalers while back, decided to contact them. We met at their Pasadena store and met Jay Ramiz the guy in charge or owner. At the time all sounded right. He offered a membership for 1,000 so we can have access to the strategic partners website ( which is not approved by strategic partners). Late fall 2019 we placed a large order of items which he partially drop shipped (not approved by strategic partners either) It is spring 2020 and he has not delivered the remainder of the original order we placed. ScrubsLA is not a trustworthy business. Doing business as wholesale is shady, completely scam. Beware of this place. We have reported this business with the consumer & Business agency and other CA state entities.They believed time is money... and so do we.Will be interesting to see if people find this post useful
Google says they open at 11:00 am. No one is here. There aren’t any signs of anyone opening the store. They need to update they’re hours.

Several months ago, I was producing a short film for a school project, and I had to buy a nurse outfit at the very last minute. I wasnt looking for the typical attire but an old school dress with the hat and stuff. Nobody really sells it anymore, and I couldnt order it online because of the slow delivery.At the very last resort, I decided to try Best Buy Uniform. Tony was super friendly and very nice, and whoever said here that he was rude... Well, I dont know whats the problem with them... Tony seriously made my day! He found me the right nurse dress which fit my actress perfectly! And the hat! And the lab coat and scrub pants for other actors!Bottom line, I was very happy with his help! Highly recommend his store to anyone who needs medical uniforms!
Pros: Very clean and organized, lots of options for women’s scrubs in colors, brands, styles. Very friendly and helpful staff.Cons: No surgical scrub stock, no prices on tags - you have to ask staff how much things are, and not always opened at the times listed so call prior to visiting.I arrived in the afternoon well after opening and well before closing, but the closed sign was on the door with a note they would be back in 10 min and a phone number. I called, no one answered, so I ran the rest of my errands and returned 2 hours later, still no one there, although this time someone answered the phone and they were back at the store within 10 minutes.
Great Place! Lots of choices and colors to choose from. They order at no additional charge if they do not have inventory in stock. Average time for delivery specified is 7-12 business days on the receipt. Friendly customer service. They are knowledgeable and they will make it right by you! You just have to ask!

This is a nice shop but the owners would do well to remember that they are just scrubs. They don’t put price tags on anything so you have to continually ask how much is this, how much is this... as if it was a one of a kind a haute couture boutique. Basically the overall message is if you have to ask you can’t afford type feel. The owners of the store obviously don’t know any real nurses because if they did they would know that after a long day of work, the last thing we want to do is keep asking questions over and over and over again. Just put the damn price on the clothes.
I ended up not buying anything (reasons unrelated to the store) so cant comment on quality of merchandise but service was great. This guy is not just running a business, he is providing a service and he knows how to help you find what you need. No returns so make sure you are sure when you buy. It has been a while but i think prices were good. Parking is tricky. Small lot and you have to pull into the small space sometimes at an angle right from the street.
Havent even made it into the store. I got there today to discover the lights off and a sign on the door that says be back in 10 minutes, and a phone number. So on the way back to my car a lady was there and she said shes been there for over 30 mins. She tried calling and its an answering machine. Meanwhile another customer pulled up and discovered the same thing. So everyone left.I went to another store nearby and they didnt have what I needed so then I decided to come back here and they were still closed. I called and just an answering machine. Now Ive wasted over an hour of time, and the lady that was there had wasted 30mins before I even got there. But the sign says 10mins...So my first experience with these guys is dishonesty and wasted time. Whats hard about being honest? Sign says be back in 10 then be back in 10. If you need half a day make the sign say be back at 3pm or whatever you need to do. If you need the day off say closed for today. How about change the phone message to sorry we have to close today. Easy, honest, and you wouldnt be wasting peoples time.And now Im wasting more time typing this...so Scrubs LA is nothing but a waste of time. Never going back.
Decent selection if your a regular size. TERRIBLE if you need plus size. Couldnt find a thing.

The staff that was working on the day i came in did not seem to know much about the store we asked him questions about colors and sizes and did not know what he had in stock so he just searched around in the racks of scubs we had already gone through. They had size XS and XL in almost every color and brand but I was only able to find one pair of bottoms that were in my size. I was really disappointed coming here. The prices are what you would normally expect, nothing special in that category
A bit pricey but the place is clean, well organized, and has a fitting room area to make sure the scrubs fit well before purchasing.
They have quite a variety but not enough sizes in stock when I went. I ordered mine online through the store which is a nonrefundable payment. And I gave my phone number but no one called to let me know my shipment came. Then I called and they told me over the phone that my order would be ready on Tuesday and when I showed up to the store the guy told me that it would be ready Friday. Now I have to make an extra trip to Pasadena for this and it took more than a week to get my uniforms. Not happy with their shipment and folow up services.

Very pleased with my experience here. I just got a job in the medical field so i am totally new at this scrub thing. I called a few stores closer to my house but they were closed due to what has been going on, and called this place and they were open! I decided to stop by this morning right before my scheduled hospital shift. Wow this place had alot of variety and the gentleman working there was a big help. He showed me the different price ranged items, different styles, etc. he was a big help and because of him i was out of there within 10 minutes with new scrubs! Love this place and will be back for more and will recommend. Thank you!
First time here. Went on yelp to find a place close by with good reviews and decent pricing on scrubs. Walked in and was greeted very nicely & was asked if I needed any help looking. Staff very knowledgeable. I walked out with 2 pairs of scrub pants at a great price and used my hospital discount!
