After a manufacturer recall of a CPAP, I was able to get a replacement in less than 24 hours. They are extremely helpful about all aspects of the machines and the various equipment related to them. They work with your promptly and know what you need. Top notch!

Came to Texas Home Medical to pick up my CPAP machine. The experience was very pleasant. I was assisted by Sarah and her step-by-step breakdown of how to use the machine, clean the machine, etc. was very thorough and she stopped many times to ensure that if I had questions I could ask them at various times throughout the walkthrough.I highly recommend visiting this location if you are in need of a CPAP machine, etc.

Texas Home Medical provides my CPAP equipment and supplies. The technician who came to my home was thorough in instructing me how to use the machine. When I incurred a problem with using the machine away from home, my email inquiry received a quick response and the technician called me and after listening to my problem, had an immediate remedy. If knowledge of equipment and finely responses matter, this is a company I highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service. I was in hurry to get my old CPAP machine replaced and they were able to service me in a timing manner. Very unprofessional office every time that I try to ask a question I get a rude person or an attitude from them . My old machine broke and when I received the new machine they did not adjust the settings so I suffered for about a month and a half until I saw the doctor . when they should have adjusted to the old one. My doctor said he did not understand why they did not adjust it to my old settings when I receive the new one

My father has used this place for over 3 yrs, the customer service has always been over the top, they really work with you with your medical needs... AWSOME!,
