Don’t rent equipment from these jerks. They’re not only rude but spiteful. They’ll sabotage your project with delayed arrivals and will openly tell you that you’re an idiot. There are plenty of better places in Mid Columbia

Im a truck driver, and i didnt like the service on receiving at the Western State Cat in Pasco WA. I brought in a partial load which they were supposed to unload in 15-20 mins, but they ended up holding me there for more than 2 and a half hours. Because they held me there i was late to my next appointment. I lost a lot of time and i had to wait till the next day.
