Had an old phone that had a cracked screen and I had a brand new iPhone X in the next hour. They provide a 30 day warranty. I highly recommend the business. I was referred by my relative and had to go check out the service to fix my old broken phone.

I have been here a few times but today I went in for a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Talked to my buddy Alex Pachecho. Quote was $45 for a curved glass. Went in, got it installed and we had an issue with my case. Apparently it hit the curved edge and took the screen protector off. Alex was nice enough to install a second one so I offered to buy a case. Sadly the same thing happened. I have my screen protector but sadly no case. Either way, thank you Alex for your awesome customer service and for your patience! Installation was clean, only one air bubble on the right edge but that was due to the case and not the installer. He offered a third but I couldnt accept. Fingerprint also works, just delete the fingerprints and take off touch sensitivity BEFORE installing the screen protector. Fingerprint works flawlessly!

They charged me $85 to fix the screen on a tablet that I paid 69$ for brand new. I didnt mind paying the extra because of the very important information I had on the tablet that I desperately needed to retrieve. It took 10 days to fix the screen and to find out they did a factory reset and erased all my information. I should have just purchased a new tablet for 69$. When I politely explain my situation they refused to give me a discount. Very unprofessional and I will have to go somewhere else because I have several items that need repaired and other people that need the same repairs on their electronics as well. They originally charged me 55$ then jacked the price up to 85$. I do not recommend because of the dishonesty and lack of respect for the clients needs.

Very nice shop. They can fix all phones and even carry some refurbished ones to buy. They have fixed to of my iphone screens and the results are great. The best part is the turn around. Both phones were done within one hour. The Customer service is outstanding.

***This vendor sold me a fake and defective part and then refused my request for a refund***I broke the screen of my iphone and it was unusable.I purchased a refurbished OEM screen (original equipment manufacturer) online from EZ Fix and then brought it to a reputable repair shop to have it installed.Unfortunately the display showed multiple discolored bright or burn out spots and, more importantly, I couldnt hear anyone speak during a phone call. The technician verified the connection of the earpiece and also tried installing a brand new one, but the outcome was the same-- it did not work.Eventually I made a service appointment with Apple. Their technician verified that an earpiece malfunction could be due to a faulty screen. I showed them the refurbished screen and both Apples tech and the initial repair technician said that they did not believe the screen was OEM as advertised and pointed out multiple inconsistencies (missing Apple logo on flex cable, issue with a QR code etc.).When I asked for a refund the vendor declined without any explanation why.Im sharing my experience with you so that you may use your discretion when deciding to buy from or service your device with EZ Fix Cellphone Repair.

These guys have no experience on fixing laptops. It takes them a week to find a screw and they charged me 45 dollars for putting it together. I would not recommend anyone here not even for cell phone repair.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I went into this business to purchase an additional cell phone. When I entered the clerk was there helping another customer. A female voice came from the back office and yelled Buenos Tardes, but never came out to assist me. About 30 seconds later a Hispanic couple came in. The same voice from the back office greeted them as she greeted me. This time young lady came out to assist the Hispanic couple. She looked directly at me and proceeded to help the couple. When she was done helping the couple she proceeded back to the office without saying a word to me. As she entered the office another man came out and asked me if I needed help. I responded by saying it seems like no one here wants my money. His response was to hold up his hand and give me the peace sign. I smiled and left the establishment.I Guess they only want $1000 sales from Hispnics. Thats really sad.
