If you go to this store make sure you deal with Mike. He is the absolute most knowledge mattress salesman I encountered while shopping for a mattress. He could explain each mattress in there store regardless of brand and the internal construction of each. He also proved knowledgeable about pillows and sheets. He gave me the best possible deal for mattress, adjustable base pillows and sheets. While not making me feel up saled and I did shop his deal and service before I purchased with him. I had a great experience shopping for an adjustable bed. Bryan was very patient with me and understanding with my medical conditions. He took the time to help me find the correct mattress for my body even though it wasnt what I thought would be necessary. Ive had my bed a couple weeks now and its taken a bit to get used too as its harder than Ive ever slept on before but sure enough Im not waking up in pain. Also, being to recline and read or watch TV then go straight to flat when Im tired is so worth it!Im glad I listened to Bryan instead of picking what I thought I needed.

About the time we moved to Pasco, we were looking for a king size mattress so we came to this location. We were greeted by Marc, who sprang to his feet and offered our kiddos balloons while we perused the store looking for the best option. Marc was highly attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns. He gave us a fantastic deal on the mattress, saving us financial resources and making us customers for life! And when I said I was quite parched from the heat, he was eager to offer one of his prized la Croix beverages. Alas, I have a a delicate palate and prefer something a bit more...well... refined. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has furniture needs and prefers the highest quality in customer service and a heck of a good deal.

After multiple purchases from the Pasco store, my rating sat at a solid 5 stars. However, my last purchase on 11/3/18 (a king size Platinum Prodigy, made by Lady Americana Northwest (initially my most comfortable purchase to date, turned out to be a lemon after 15-20 nights of use), will be my last. One corner lost its ability to support a body rendering it useless. However, Mattress Depot will not honor their warrantee. Be very careful and demand everything from them in writing. I made the mistake of telling them the mattress is at my vacation home 200 miles away. Since my initial conversation with the Mattress Depot, I have been referred to two websites to complete forms, been emailed countless forms, been referred to the manufacturer, and asked to supply countless pictures. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I own a business, but have always taken care of any warranty claims on the spot, and have never referred a customer to an offsite, out of town manufacturer. Some of their products are very good. However, if there’s a defect, don’t expect them to stand behind their product.

Had a great experience buying in the Pasco store and was told to back my truck up at Kennewick store and they would load. Good thing I had my 27 year old son go get it because both of the employees said they had back and leg problems and couldnt lift the frame and mattress.

Sales person was not pushy and made our experience quick and to the point.
