We had a protection plan from Home Depot and they worked with the plan provider and myself to get my appliance fixed. They are all friendly and very helpful. We had to have them come out many times due to the protection plans policies and each time they called before stopping by and were here when promised. They have an amazing group of employees.

Contacted them about an issue I was having with my tumble dryer. I explained the problem and they assured me they had the solution for my situation. The repairman immediately noticed a build up of lint inside my pipes and fixed it. He got my equipment to drain properly and now everything is ok. On top of all this they had the most affordable quote out of any company. It was a five star experience.

Do not call this company to fix your appliances. Yes, they do have a few good reviews but probably because they were easy fixes. The charged me over $300 to fix my refrigerator and after 2 visits it still does not work and now they refuse to answer the phone or call back. Do not take a chance on these guys.

My washing machine stopped working recently. Highly recommended! had them come out to do repairs on my mothers washer and dryer which were both having issues, they had both figured out in a matter of 2 hours and had parts on hand to fix both, absolutely wonderful job guys!

Very disappointed. Our dryer broke 8 weeks ago and G and R Appliance could not get the dryer fixed. They took a week to look at it, a week to get the part, another week to make an appointment to replace the part, only to find out they needed another part so the whole insanity started all over again. This happened 3x so we finally gave up and got someone else who came right away, ordered the part and called to replace it all in 3 days! So I know it’s possible to move things along faster and more efficiently.

3rd party repair shop for Lowes Appliances. Biggest problem I have had is getting Lowes to approve the repair parts so they can be ordered and replace. Love them they are local.

These guys are a joke, came in 3 times to fix my Fridge. Each one knew less than the last. They stared at it for a few minutes, then left to order parts, never actually getting it fixed.I ended up fixing it myself for $30, if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.

This company has been awful to deal with. Wires behind my stove were melted because the company I purchased it from put the power cord on wrong. As if that weren’t scary and frustrating enough, thanks to G&R, I was without a stove for ONE WHOLE MONTH! They called and scheduled an appointment with me for between 9am and 1pm. At 10:30am, they called to cancel because the tech was “sick”. I rescheduled for another day. They came and said they had to order parts so couldn’t fix anything until then. I never received a call... I then called to ask when the parts would be in and woman on the phone told me and then scheduled an appointment for between 9am and 1pm. Well, the just DIDNT SHOW UP! I wasted my whole morning waiting and they didn’t show up. I called and complained and the man was so rude and told me I definitely didn’t talk to anyone and never scheduled an appointment. After an entire day of calling them and speaking to many different people and trying to get my stove fixed, they “were too busy to fit me in” so I waited even longer. They also said they wouldn’t charge me for the power cord I needed since they inconvenienced me so much. They FINALLY fixed my stove and STILL charged me. They’re rude to deal with and obviously not reliable. They were absolutely terrible.

Absolutely horrible service. I was referred to them by Best Buy. I missed several days out of work due to the abused time slots they give. Was told they needed to order parts 29 days later they finally come in and the best installation appointment they can give me is the following week. I take the day out of work and get a call the morning of my appointment at 9:50 telling me the repair man is sick and they have no one else to send to complete the repair. They can come out again later in the week which means I would have to miss another days pay. When I asked what else they could do they said I could call Best Buy and get a new repair company after they wasted 30 days of my time and I still am without a working washer machine. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else avoid this company.

Purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher a year ago from Lowes... Plastic wheel on top rack broke. I had purchased the extended warranty so I called the 800 # that Lowes provided for the repair. I received a call from G&R appliance and they promptly set up a repair under warranty. I was to meet the repair tech. from G&R at my house between 1 and 4 p.m.. Tech. called the wrong # to confirm and said he left a message I never received. G&R called again and we setup a Sat. appt. for the second try between 8 a.m. and noon. Tech. pulled in our driveway at 12:40 p.m. like nothing was wrong (never called). We were headed out the door. 3rd try was yesterday 2/24/18 between 9- 1p.m. received phone call from G&R at 12:30 saying tech. was running late and he would be here around 2 p.m. . Needless to say we wasted another Saturday waiting. Best of all G&R wanted the make and model w/ the serial number so they could say they repaired it. G&R has terrible service. I should have purchased the unit from Wickford appliance like my neighbor suggested. I am officially done with G&R. I fixed it myself!

They made 3 trips to try to fix my Bosch dishwasher. The last visit was a disaster. Replaced all new parts and the dishwasher wasnt working. The tech was leaving me with a broken dishwasher since he said he had other calls to get to. I suggested to put the old parts back. After many grumbling comments he did and the dishwasher worked but the error code was still there. He then began to put it back and ready to screw into place when I noticed it was crooked in all directions. I asked him to get it back to the original installation and he got mad that it was taking too much time. Called to complain and told they dont get paid by the repair insurance for second visits so they dont want to finish the job. Save yourself some aggravation and find a repair company that knows how to repair appliances and takes pride in the work they leave behind.

Called around and they were able to give me the best estimate compared to others in area, They followed through with their word and my washer is back to working again.

I was referred to G&R by Viking Professional. I took an afternoon out of the office to be home for the window frame provided for the service call on my Viking dishwasher, 1p-5p. At 4:23 pm I called G&R as no one had arrived. I was told the driver was running behind, was stuck in traffic, but would arrive between 5 and 6 pm. At 6:20 pm I called G&R to request an arrival update only to get a machine stating the office closed at 5 pm. It is now 7 pm and I have a no call/no show. Extremely poor customer service.

Was supposed to come for first appointment on Nov22..called saying they were 10 minutes away and NEVER showed up. I called and complained, they asked if the repairman left a note (nope not here or my neighbors house!) The next day I rescheduled for someone to come and they came and looked at the code on dishwasher and said I needed a part ordered (on Nov 23) and it would take 3 days. Now the repairman is here (Dec 5) ... he pulled up to my house, never called to say he was on his way, I opened the door and he let himself in while talking on the phone and he moved my dog gate and walked right through my house without introduction! Rude and not safe given that I was home with my toddler!!!
