First, they have you hold sometimes over 23 mins, second the woman the works there are VERY RUDE and not helpful at all. One of them even hang up on me. I dont appreciate the attitude and will have to speak to the manager about the attitude.

Really bottom prices, good customers service, some reviews talking about lifetime warranty which there is no such thing, limited lifetime is something else, also people need to understand because of the really cheap prices there is a high volume of calls and unfortunately expect to be put on hold. There is a guy in the counter really helpful i cant recall his name. Honestly speaking the best way is to coming and be take care of face to face with a friendly service.

Ha whats a joke. their hold advertisement says they are fast & reliable.. This couldnt be further from the truth. Hold time is usually 5-10 minutes & you get lucky if they dont hang up on you after asking for your phone number 3 or 4 times. They are only in business because of their rock bottom prices. That is it!! Dont expect knowledgeable, friendly service from any of these ass clowns!

Their Lifetime warranty is only if they feel like it. Their customer service sucks. They do not care about their customers except if the check clears.
