I called Kevin (owner) today at 1pm and I told him, that my bike rear wheel was defective. He took the time over the phone to tell me where to look at my bikes tire size. I showed up at Kevins bike shop located 100 Market ST Passaic. He took almost 40 minutes to replaced inner tubing from rear tire and also he fine tuned up bikes chain, brake pads and also aligned rear/ front wheels. Im very impressed by Kevins meticulous way of fixing my bike, he goes the extra mile. Im a new customer and I will be coming back to Kevins bike shop. I will ecommend it to all of my friends . First time visiting this bike shop....Ricardo and Kevin are amazingly talented guys and very well rounded with bikes of all types. I was in here for a brake caliper tuning as well as a few other small repairs. They did a phenomenal job!!! Only took about an hour and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I ride often and yesterday after a 25 mile ride my gears weren’t changing properly. I tried to fix it myself to no avail. I brought it to the guys here at the shop and they fixed it right there on the spot. They adjusted the gears and brakes and now I’m able to ride again tonight. Good people and great service. Thanks!!

We have used this bike shop several times and although it isn’t the closest one to me we still drive the extra distance to take our bikes here. Such a nice pleasant experience, and very well priced. overall i can’t recommend them enough!

Took my 20+ year old bike to Kevin with little hope in my mind that it could get up and running again. Lo and behold, 3 days later, I was picking up my bicycle and it works great! I wasn’t sold a bunch of stuff I didn’t need or told that I needed to replace anything that I thought I’d need to replace. I honestly felt bad paying as little as I was charged. Kevin is not only a professional but a truly nice guy as well! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Very good place, 5 stars, but it needs and upgrade on scheduel. I went over 5 miles and it was closed. But google maps says that closes at 7:00pm on Sundays.

When I arrived, it was instant welcoming and kindness. I told the store owner exactly what was wrong with my 29 inch SE bike and he suggested what the solution is. Only owning a bike for a couple months, I’m not very hands on yet and have never really examined my bike and tried to figure out the problem I thought was so simple. He explained throughly what went wrong with my bikes brakes and rim. The prices were fair and he even recommended a good lube for the bike to keep it in good condition. I learned how to spot and fix a damaged part on my bike. All in all, the owner is a great person, very welcoming, and the service is excellent!!!
