My daughter told me theres a new electronic store in passaic since I always go to Paterson, I stopped by needed a TV the owner gave me a great deal ended buying two smart TVs 4 days later I went with my daughter she purchased an iPhone. Definitely recommend the store, great service great prices very polite and patience the owner was explaining to me difference in smart and 4K TVs. My daughter got a free case and screen protector :) thank you competitive

Went to the store thinking that there is something wrong because the prices seemed to be low than normal . So I walked in to the store tested the phone was working perfectly fine got a great deal and got one year warranty . I recommend this store 100% thank you so much competitive electronics

Stay away! All good reviews are from people that are affiliated with the store. They have multiple people working at letgo craigslist, posing as individuals selling personal equipment, but actually it is a bait and switch.Do you want to try to save money and buy from a shady place, go ahead and roll the dice, maybe you ll get lucky. I ll tell you that this was one of the worst store I have ever purchased anything. So, buyer beware, not worth the headache!!

This person together with her husband and the locals with the name competitive electronics are phonographs delivered to phone numbers and they did not deliver them to me

Spoke with someone one let go app said all there phones are in good condition and if anything was wrong with it they would give me a refund. I purchased a Phone first day phone wouldnt read the sim took it back and they said they fixed it second day screen wasnt working took it back they said they fixed it third day same issue with the screen they said they would fix it got the phone back and the phone has the same issue Asked the refund or a new phone they didnt have any phones to give me waited all week and they still didnt have a phone to give me. after calling the police to make a report manager calls me and says Ill give you a new phone or fix it again at this point its not about the phone anymore its The fact that they took my money and dont want to give it back after they know they sold me a bad phone . After he told me he would give me a refund if it was a bad phone. Then he said store policy is no refunds they dont know how to do business and want to run away with your money. Bad sellers

Purchased a TV from them via LetGo. Came home and TV would turn on but screen was dark...basically the TV inoperable. I brought it back the next day and was refused a refund. Im in the process now of going to the TV manufacturer. If this doesnt work- I will call the police like the other reviewer here.Better to just spend the extra $50 at Best Buy or Amazon and have peace of mind in case something goes wrong - instead of this unprofessional and unethical business. They may say they have a good return policy, but the sales people at Competitive Electronics say that to make the sale. Do not believe them. As a customer, you are NOT the priority.

Everyone please stay away. This people have no knowledge of what it takes to be a sales person. No loyalty to their customers. First one of the guy that works here tells me through Facebook hell sell me an iphone (brand new) unlocked for $250. I go to the store and is a different there is a different story they sold me the phone for $300. And on top of it I go home and the phone is not even unlocked. I called them and they tell me to give it time that soon it will be unlocked. Me not knowing how the process of unlocking an iphone goes, i gave this people about one week. I could only get in contact with the guy through Facebook because the store would always be closed. I tell you that week I was really stressed. The iphone was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. Finally i go to the store to exchange the phone and they gave me a used phone with a screen that you could tell it was replaced. I told them that i paid 300 for a new phone not an used phone and the lady told me that, that phone i was returning was no longer valuable to sell it for $300 because now it was an open box. Omg I couldnt believe this people. I gave them a brand new phone that i never got to usedBecause it wasnt unlocked to begin with, the phone still had all plastics on everything and in exchange I was getting an used phone that when i got home the freaking earphones werent working. I was going to put in a claim with the cops but honestly I just wanted to forget how badly I got scammed by this people.They are terrible!

Good electronics store for anything you need

They gave a phone which is not working and refused for refund. Better to buy from Best buy or amazon or so.
