Great store lines move fast Good Customer service

This ShopRite Store is a very lovely place to shop. It is well stocked with almost everything one would expect to be in a Supermarket.The Supermarket is well maintained and the management and staff are courteous, supportive and helpful.Its certainly a good Marketplace to shop and I recommend it to all prospective shoppers.

This ShopRite is always fully stocked. I love there vegetables area. Flowers are so reasonable.

The store seems dirty, but they have water systems so herbs are always fresh and green :) I don’t like the checkout area it’s usually messy :/

If you decide to go to this Shoprite there are 3 items u can be careful not to buy, the first is their icecream I guess to save electricity is always so soft they should call it milkshake, the second is the rotticeri chicken, because they are so small and use extremely high temperature for so long plus they live the chicken hanging for so long after the machine has stopped, that it drains all the juices, plus the time in the warm plate when u get home the chicken is as dry as cardboard, had to stop buying this item and third is the worst, is the cold cuts called the Eds which is the last inch of every roll of ham, Turkey, cheese, roast beef and they sell it at a lower price the problem here is that in this store instead of an inch or so of product, you get a couple of millimeters usually just the cover which in some turkeys for example is made of this plastic like substance that u cannot eat, not even stray cats will eat this ends so is not for human or animal consumption, also they mixed regular meats with some heavy spicy ones and dont even mark in the label to make sure your kid dont eat it by accident which is what happened to my grandson, he started crying out of the blue and not till I saw the opened product that I found out what had happened.

Lovely store, well-kept, 5 min from my house,a plus..and they do delivery and you can order online and pick it up! Nicceee!!I must add theyre customer service close at like 3pm, which I find very disappointing!😞

Its not a bad place to shop, very affordable

The food selection is low. You can’t find fresh produce or fruits and the employees are discriminatory. I was paying for my items this morning and the a lady (I guess the manager) stood against the wall staring at me the whole time. I guess she thought I was going to run off without paying. I didn’t realize I was the only colored person in the store.

The service was excellent the price is a little higher though

Clean store, usually very busy especially on weekends. Parking is ample. Pay lower sales tax because its considered to be in an urban area. I do my weekly shopping there. Reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it could use a update.

In my opinion, all supermarkets blow up the prices especially when in crises. ShopRite is still the best value for your buck. In respects to my experience shopping at ShopRite, well all I can say is they definitely know what there doing. Great prices, great atmosphere, and great customer service. Best of all Thank you ShopRite for having disinfectant spray and hand sanitizers available for your customers to use during the Covid Pandemic.

I shop at this ShopRite frequently, the produce section is very fresh and the store is well stocked all of the time. Plus, they also have a large floral section full of beautiful flowers. Also there’s plenty of parking too!

Long lines. Not all cash register open. Plus some self checkout lanes broken with red light.

I stopped in because its near my place of work. Fast and convenient location..upon entering you first view all of the flowers which make you feel as if ur walking through a flower garden, its uplifting if you had a bad or long work day. You can literally stop and smell the Roses. Everything was clean and organized most people there after 5pm are just picking up misc items for dinner. I found my items and walked around just to view other items of interested. Headed over to the check out and went along my way easy breezy. I did not interact with c.s so i deducted 1 star. Otherwise good place to stop in.

Been going to shoprite at Paulison ave since it was open, they raise prices at the beginning of every month and prices seem to be higher than other supermarkets, I go there because its convenient only

Their coupon kiosk was down along with their website and coupon we already had and new about we couldnt use. I mean thats why most people shop here because of the savings. Not a family supermarket after all. I asked to speak to management and the little man up front said they didnt have to honor anything. Very poor customer service . This is why people start shopping elsewhere. Customers are always right. Keep the business and live another day

I like the Passaic shop rite! Ive been going there for years, 30+ yrs! Great prices, and their check out, even if crowded was very good...they had 3 express registers, more than other stores!!! And, now they have self checkout, which I love! You can have up to 25 items...and, all the personnel who are there to help you, are great!! Always nice!!

Don’t come to this place! I admit that I didn’t see that I have to use the digital coupon to get a discount, but the way this manager handled this problem was not right. The way she treated me is not the way a customer should be treated, especially when it’s the manager. As a manager, she should have been more polite and more reasonable. Instead she gave me a attitude telling me that this is the last time I can come back to get the sale. Like bruh, what a “good manager”. Would u want to be treated like this? I’m sry to say, but she is not worth to be a manager... she needs more training

I never heard of cant go to self checkout if you have more than 20 items. All the super markets that I know of they dont care if you have alot of items to go to self checkout. Thats ridiculous. But other than that nice clean store. Polite workers. Good sales on groceries!!

Average as far as Shoprite is concerned. Not a terrible place to shop but by far not the best.

Customer service does not answer the phone. Staff is unprofessional, not welcoming, not friendly.

Very wonderful selection of seafood and fresh fish. I tried the Tilapia- which Shoprite staff were very kind to fry for me on site ( and they did it so well). The seasoning was done to perfection and the fish was tender, moist and delicious. You know Ill be back for more Shoprite. Good job guys!!Excellent store too- very clean, organized and the staff are polite, patient and know their stuff.

Store operates under fraud advertisement and store EMPLOYEES are kind of Big Fraud. ( Advertisement: Get $5 Canola oil for sale**with no other specification**, but in store they say to buy additional items worth of $20.00 to buy oils that is on deal . One of the employee changed label in front of me and told me to buy other item worth of $20.THIS IS A FRAUD ADVERTISEMENT TO LURE CUSTOMERS **if you do not wanted to give out items on sale then why you people put sale on first place, Do right !!!We help you out with business but in return accept you do business with good ethics!

The young ladies running the floral/ balloon department are extremely efficient. I came in with an order of balloons last minute and they were so polite and quick. Thank you!!

I love shoprite

A great family owned location, always have had pretty good experiences here. Recently things have been very messy and low/out of stock on a lot of things which is understandable due to the pandemic and people being animals. I would like to see them do a little makeover as the store is showing it’s age.

Always very busy and it always seems as if there short staff because the lines are ridiculously long. The delivery service is free when you spend $40-$50 just be prepared to wait a little while, sometimes the van comes pretty quickly but I’ve waited 45-1hr, they have three van and one driver, so that’s a bit frustrating if you rely on that to get back home. On the other hand the produce and sales are always on point and some of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Loved my shopping trip this evening there was hardly anyone in ShopRite so I was able to get in and out plus if you know where everything is it makes things a whole lot quicker. Thats how I like it...😊

Very friendly staff. Great selection of all types of food. Seafood and produce is fresh and the made-in-store food is delish. I live two towns seat with a ShopRite even closer, but I still go to this one...four thumbs up!!

I have a problem with the parking lot, needs more lighting at night: UPDATE: The Lost and Found place needs to be more protected for the employees that work there, either an intercom or a security camera, so employees would check the customers who lost items and they wont enter unannounced, overall, the Shop Rite looks much better now then how it was before, the interior is more spacious and organized, nicely done:

I made a cake order at the bakery for my mothers birthday party and let me tell you the cake was completely different from what I told them I wanted.- 1st the design was completely different and wasn’t done as I asked ( I asked for yellow sunflowers and smaller flowers going around or in between the flowers but instead received different colored sunflowers.)- I asked for two different cakes (yellow cake on the top tier and chocolate cake on the bottom but was given half of the cake chocolate and half yellow.)- Filling ( I asked for half of the cake to be filled with whipped cream with strawberries and the other half to be filled with chocolate pudding, but again only received the whipped cream with strawberries and the other half strawberry filling.)I don’t know why this happens since I was a loyal customer for years at this bakery and never had this problem...time to look for a better bakery...what a waste of money 😑

Everyone who works there is so friendly, good-humored, very helpful, and patient. I love the great variety of products theyhave there. I accompanied a friend who shops there often because she loves the positive atmosphere. Now, I can see why.

The store seems congested. Difficult finding items.

Price have been better than Wal-Mart on meat, can vegetables and frozen foods. The selection of meat has been a 8 out of 10.

Always have what Im looking for.

The place is okay, its dirty and messy sometimes. Its always crowded and nobody does social distancing, if you want to avoid this, I suggest go quite early.

The only place to go for my groceries. Always well stocked.

I love the ethnic foods available at this location. Fresh produce looks real good. Tried catering option for several platters of brunch type foods and we were very pleased. Would recommend to others. Reasonably priced. Great store.

I usually enjoy my shopping experience, today, the fresh produce was wilted the bagged collards were spoilng and so was the water cress otherwise its always a great place to shop thanks.

Once store, but it needs a update. Lots of parking . Produce is good, The bakery should have more fresh baked breads. Meat department is great, all the people working there are very nice and helpful😊. Not enough registers open, so lines are long.Very busy store.

Exterior, interior cleaning good, not spotless but well worth the $20 definitely would recommend!!
