Don’t not waste your time or money just because it’s cheaper at the end it will cause you more. If you past the hour they close and it’s there fault like there’s too many people on the elevator they’ll charge you extra. Also when it rains it falls inside and some of my things got ruined. My experience was terrible and if I could I would put a 0 star review. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AND TIME AWAY GO SOMEWHERE WITH BETTER QUALITY!!!

The worst experience I’ve had in my life! Dirty and disgusting... The fees are always going up in a management does not communicate well!! More than half of my belongings were damage from water and rodents. The insurance you pay does not cover anything!!!!! Save yourself... sell your thing or just give them away.. THIS PLACE ISNT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!!The insurance company do not insure:Agains loss or damage caused by or resulting from wear and tear, gradual deterioration, maintenance, inherent vice, latent defect, moths, insects, rodents, vermin, mold, mildew, wet or dry rot, atmospheric condition and/or changes in temperature, delay, loss of use or loss of marketA TOTAL SCAMMMM!!!

Horrible customer service, definitely not worth it, rather throw everything thing out! unknown $100 fees. Every single person you speak to tells you something different! Management does not know how to communicate properly. Been going back and forth for months now.Plus there are rodents. Have found dead dried up mice in my belongings. Have pictures and all. Definitely do NOT recommend.Always have to bite my tongue when I speak to the manager Alvin, he is very hard to condescending.

Storage King is a GREAT place to store your things. They have the BEST customer service Alvin the Mgr took great care to look after my mom when she was becoming forgetful, they made not worrying about here storage units one less problem. Alvin thank you and Amanda for everything. Mrs.Irbys family.

I dont like the surroundings. The clerk was in a hurry. No climate control in one of the floors. Difficult to park

Customer service at the front desk was pretty good. However I booked a unit online for once price then when i arrive the gentleman at the counter found my booking but tries to explain that he can not give it to me for the price that I saw online even after I showed him the confirmation email that I had received.He simply tells me its not him and the system will not allow him to adjust the price.I believe they use false advertisement to get you in the door then charge you the higher rate once youre there.On a different note this place has easy access and is always nice and clean just get there before they open to make sure you can get a park near the bay to unload your things.

The only thing this business has is pleasant staff. In short, bait pricing, awful electronic payment (doesnt work so you have to call), facility layout and access is not efficient.

I dont usually write reviews but this storage facility has been an awesome find for me. It has been perfect for my needs! As a small busines owner my biggest areas of concern were security,getting a great value, and access to my tools. I actually live in Clifton but found the prices and discounts here much much better! Theres a huge price difference! Its still very close to where Im located and work, its safe (youll see cameras at every corner and i learned that each room has its own door alarm), its well lit and also extremely clean. There are outdoor units with extended gate hours that I use and climate controlled units inside.The staff was so helpful and courteous I simply cant thank them enough. What more can i say? Modern facility, great people, free van, spacious rooms, is very clean and they have unbeatable deals. Two thumbs up for Storage King USA.

This is the worst storage company. There is a worker that does not know what he is doing they have hidden fees.
