I also had a bad experience with these guys. I sent them a factory sealed toner. They sent back a half opened one and claimed it was opened. I tried to communicate with them several time, but I did not get a reply. They just opened a case against me. They buy from eBay because they know they can get away with it. I have them blocked on eBay now. I will not sell to them again. WARNING! : To anyone considering doing business with them DON’T.

Shady individuals working up in here. Dealt with these guys on eBay and they want to return FACTORY SEALED product as OPENED box.Very Very shady business. Would not recommend doing ANY type of business with these guys.

They bought new sealed toner from me on ebay. The Lord told me to check them out, not something I normally do. After reading the reviews about this place, I decided to cancel the order and return their money. They must do this a lot to have such a high feedback rating. Their buyer feedback on ebay is blocked and since they are a BUYER only on ebay you cant leave them NEGATIVE feedback so they wind up with a lot of positives with no comments we can read. ADD THEM TO YOUR BLOCK LIST. TODAY THEY LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK... MY FIRST NEG IN MANY YEARS OF SELLING. ILL ACCEPT IT, OVER DEALING WITH THEIR SHADY PRACTICES

Totally shady person. not fun to work with. You have to get permission from them to even get there toner. Not cool

These people offer up ridiculous low ball offers on ebay, and have their eBay feedback on private. They buy it cheap then sell it back at MSRP on their website. They prey on the ebay sellers that do not research their listing prices before listing items for sale.

Beware of these scam artists. Exact samething happened to us here in Houston. Ordered brand new factory sealed cartridges and immediately request refund and return. They know Paypal will favor the buyer regardless of Ebays finding, and they do this all over the country.

Horrible Experience. Trolls ebay for toner. Purchases without reading listing or looking at pictures. Makes additional demands after purchase. If they dont like your toner, claims its the wrong kind, forces a return and makes you pay for shipping both ways. SELLERS: Block TONERPLUSSURPLUS from your ebay seller account!!!!

They buy toner without reading descriptions, then request refunds via a form letter. Beware when selling to this company.
