I’ve gone to the minute clinic twice now for two separate things (once for my daughter and once for me). I got the same woman both times and was sent away both times because she said she could not treat us for various reasons. Both times I waited over 20 minutes. She was flat out rude, and showed little concern. While I do understand there are policies where certain things can’t be treated (for whatever reason), this was the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. I will not be returning.
Not helpful at all. Wouldnt take my insurance for the free covid shot. Terrible customer service, mean staff, Do Not Recommend.Bad experience due to bad employees

I show up to pick up a prescription I had called in the day before. There were 5 people working and no one else in line. It took 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing there. One lady even looked up at me and immediately looked away not saying anything at all. After about 5 minutes I was waited on and the lady said sorry its not ready yet. So even though I had called it in the day before it still wasnt ready when I went to pick it up.
Nurse couldnt wait 10 minutes for me to arrive at my COVID test. Now I have to rent a hotel room for the night to quarantine from my wife and newborn daughter.For the record there are two CVS locations in Pataskala that are across from a car dealership and a Kroger. Maybe whoever answered the phone to confirm directions can keep that in mind.

The staff at this CVS have always been friendly and helpful. Ive never had a problem with a medication being out of stock. The text alerts are great reminders. Highly recommend.

Ive never have any problems with this pharmacy. They always have everything I need on stock. Fast and clean. Oh and dude below me has it all wrong. Josh is one of the nicest guys you could ever be around. Just saying. 😊
The pharmacy staff is always friendly and they are very quick. I transferred from the pharmacy at Kroger that was truly AWFUL. I would have to wait an hour or more to get a script filled after standing in line for 20-30 minutes. Ive never had this kind of experience at this CVS. Every time Ive dropped of a script theyve had it filled in 15 minutes or less. In fact, my last script was filled in 6 minutes! They are just as efficient in their drive through as they are at the pharmacy counter. As I stated at the beginning, the staff is always friendly, some moreso than others. They have a handful of techs that have been there a long time and they are very personable and caring. I understand everyone has an off day every once in a while, but I was shocked to see there were any reviews with less than five stars because Ive never had a negative experience there in the 7-8 years weve been going there.
UPDATE! NOT ONLY DO THEY LIE AND LAZY BUT DEFINITELY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. WE HAD TO LOWER A 90 DAY SUPPLY TO 30 DAY SUPPLY BECAUSE MEDICATION WAS EXPENSIVE EVEN WITH INSURANCE. DOCTOR ADVICED US WITH GOOD RX IT WAS ONLY 14.00 FOR A 90 DAY SUPPLYWE PAID 45.00 FOR 30 DAY SUPPLY. ON PICKING UP THE SECOND REFILL THEY SAID SINCE THEY HAD RAN IT UNDER HIS INSURANCE THEY COULD NOT CHANGE IT UNTIL FOLLOWING MONTH. NOT ONLY IS THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUT INCONSIDERATE AND LAZY. WONDERING IF THEY RERAN IT AND POCKET THE SAVINGS. THE PHARMACIST I JUST SPOKE WITH ABOUT THIS FOUND IT TO BE FUNNY I ASSUME BECSUSE SHE WAS LAUGHING INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP! KROGER GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DAVE YOU MONEY. GOT 90 SUPPLY FOR 14.00INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM THEY LOST 4 LONG TERM PATIENTS. THE WAY I WAS TREATED WAS UNFAIR. WHETHER ITS 30.00 OR 300.00 MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE IN SOME FAMILIES. KROGER FOUND DISCOUNTS IN LESS THAN A MINUTE WITHOUT EVEN ASKING. CVS CLAIMS TO FIND YOU SAVINGS. CHECK THE RX PROGRAM AND I BET 8 OUT OF 10 ARE OVERCHARGED. TO THE PHARMACIST YOU YOOK A OATH AND SHOULD HONOR IT. YOU TOLD ME WE WILL NOT CHECK FOR SAVINGS ON EVERY PRESCRIPTION BUT I BET YOUR THE ONLY PHARMACIST WHO DIDNT ALREADY KNOW THIS FROM THE BEGGING OR YOUR JUST UNTRUTHFUL AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. OUR CALL WAS RECORDED AND ILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB RIGHT NOW. WE ASKED FOR IT TO BE RE RAN. IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES AND SAVED US OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS! CVS PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR PHARMACIST WISELY AS IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE TO A CUSTOMER. ILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS THIS PARTICULAR CVS AND PHARMACIST IS THE WORSE EVER SEENPharmacy will not do anything to help a customer with The Pharmacy messing up the price. We are paying 45.00 dollars for 30 month supply when a 90 day supply is only 36.00. CVS didnt let us know but the doctor did. Even after calling three times they still cant get it correct. Seriously why would a pharmacy over charge knowingly a patient. They are suppose to help you not RIP you off. Even after bringing this Back To The Attention of the whole Pharmacy they still will not correct it. Check your prices yourself And you may find your also getting ripped off and CVS dont care. Its even on the website of CVS for 37 dollars for 90 day supply. Shame on you CVS

The last 90 days with this pharmacy has been a true headache. They lie to the patients about laws that don’t exist. They lay blame on government and not upon cvs regulations changing. They change policies all the time. Prescriptions that I have never had problems filling are now issues for what ever reason. There controlled substance policy is horrid. I have been put on a new controlled substance and they refuse to keep it in stock. I have to deal with not being able to get it filled until late the following day. I have to plan everything around this pharmacy and there regulations that are always changing. GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY. THRSE PEOPLE LOVE TO LIE. STAY AWAY. They were amazing 2 1/2 years The last 90 days they lie to the patients they will tell you one thing and do another. They tell you that the app that is ran by cvs corporate is not up to date on all policies. They don’t warn you about any changes they expect the customer to fend for themselves and find out the hard way. This is what happens in big business. Corporate America. You are just a number not a person.

Horrible customer service at Pharmacy--USE another CVS. Script was electronically sent over from Dr. at 8:30 am. When arrived at 1:50 pm they said it would be another fifteen minutes, and asked if that was O.K.? Really, heck no, I am not giving my business to a place that clearly does not care about their clients time. Sad and rude. I will not be back, and I work one minute away.
Stopped accepting Trice insurance. Not sure if its theyre fault but it still sucks.
Never been a fan of the customer service at any CVS pharmacy but the staff at the minute clinic is great.
