I work there, it is a very good company to work for. I feel they really care for their employees. You are not just a number here. Management treats workers very well. I am completely satisfied with my employment at Best Lighting Products.

The sales staff and warehouse people are great. LED all the way.

Extremely unprofessional. Theres no communication between anyone in that building. They mostly hire Spanish speaking workers because of the tax break they get with them and refuse to hire anyone with skills. Good luck trying to have anyone call you back on a specific order too. All you get is someones voicemail. You also have to call at the right time to get the polite office receptionist instead of the rude one. This place is a joke and everyone in it is unorganized.

Great lighting products. I use their emergency lighting and their people are great to work with as well. I recommend this place.

4 stars because there pay is decent the work is good I just dont really care for the training that is provided I didnt learn paperwork or basic work stuff for a week in a half all the person I was working with was having me do was staff pallets but over all good company

Scheduled an interview thru an agency, verified several times both the date and time, only to arrive and be told by someone other than the person I was to interview with ( I could hear her taking on the phone)that the interview was supposed to be the day following and that the interviewer Didnt have time to deal with it now as she was going on vacation tbe next day and would not be back for 1 week Tried to re-schedule, but they denied the opportunity. Poor business practice, not at all professional in any way, shape or form. Have the decency to actually speak to someone and not relay a message

The people there are rude. Just getting through the parking lot was a complete nightmare.

They dont have any people training that speak English

Place is a joke. Most workers there are Hispanic and speak little to no English. Some workers have no idea how to count past ten. Many OSHA violations and dangerous place to work at due to the way people fly around on forklifts not paying enough attention to those having to walk.

No formal training provided for required job. Very unprofessional business to work for.
