I love this place! If you are looking for a storage facility that is more contractor friendly, this is the place for you. They have a wide variety of unit sizes and parking options to cater to your personal or business needs. Kim and staff are always friendly and bring customer service to a whole new level. They will have my business for a long time!

We used Pataskala Storage for the summer to store my sons college gear. We moved out at the end of August. I forgot to call to cancel until end of September and they had noticed just after our move out that we vacated the unit and closed us out right after we left. So on it and easy to use. I plan to use them again next summer.

Both women were amazing! Extremely polite and professional. They assisted with everything I needed. 10/10 would recommend

People were very friendly and even left a gift bag in the unit. Clean but small. They have inside and outside units. The smaller ones are inside. They had a flat dolly available for use.

We stopped by in December to inquire about rates, Kim was so pleasant, welcoming and genuinely cared about you as a person. So refreshing to see good Customer Service still exists!After looking at a few their storage units we went home and called Kim back to sign up!

Im in the middle of a complicated move, and Ive dealt with several storage unit locations in the process. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by Pataskala Storage! The General Manager, Kim, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The unit itself (10x20 climate controlled) is immaculately clean, well lit, with nice high ceilings, easy access, the smoothest opening doors & locks Ive ever seen, and they even keep a nice flat-bed cart in the building for renters to use (this saved me SO much time and effort!!). I also loved the convenience of renting a U-Haul right there on site (Kim even set up the reservation for me). I was able to safely park my car during the rental period, they are conveniently located across from a nice gas station with large bays, along a road with low traffic and easy access, and I checked the truck in and out using only my phone. Pataskala Storage exceeded my expectations, and they will be first on my list for my storage needs going forward!!

We regularly use their Uhaul trucks. Each time they make the process very easy and our trailer is always clean and ready to go. Michelle is so friendly and truly takes care of us!

New management is great. Very organized & easy to work with. They are making a lot of improvements to the property.

The new, local management is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The entire place has a fresh new paint job with an excellent color palette.
