Terrible service. shopping for a bathroom vanity and sells us a kitchen cabinet he was trying to pass off as a bathroom vanity. Dimensions are different. In addition, he says he has the product only to give only part of the product when he guaranteed it would be in for a specific date. Very rude and not professional at all. I would think twice before doing business with this company. They will try and take your money and not deliver a product.

The owner came to our house for a bathroom estimate. He was very pleasant. I asked him what happens if the mirror breaks and automatically he said he would replace it. He even took off his shoes in my house. That’s how I knew he would respect the work that was being done to my bathroom. He sent one of his workers Rodrigo.I am so happy that we went with ideal tile of Patchogue. He did an amazing job. Was extremely clean. I would highly recommend them and they have beautiful tile as well.

It is amazing to see the quality and assortment of tile available from Amir at Ideal Tile. I have not seen anything else like it anywhere on Long Island. Amir has a great eye for quality products and a great sense for coordinating those styles. The large stores like Cancos seem limited and outdated in their offerings in comparisons. I have worked with Amir on several projects in my home. His technicians do a great job; but Amir is very generous with information and instructions for the do it yourself homeowner. On top of this; the prices at Ideal Tile are very reasonable and you will find a solution for every budget. Amir goes over and beyond expectations to meet your needs in every sense, including schedule.

I went to ideal tile with my wife for my bathroom renovation, they were so helpful,nice and friendly, We were confused on what direction to go with our bathroom. So amir showed us past bathrooms he has done and my wife loved them. Tiles were ready quick and the complete bathroom renovation was done in a week.

I used to work for Lowes selling the tile they sold they didnt have the best selection which this store has. How often do you redo a bathroom or kitchen? dont you want to get what you really want. As a contractor ideal is one of the best places to purchase tiles from on long island. They have a variety of tiles and cermaics and porcelain. Would recommend to visit and stop by.

Amir, the owner, is a good business man who cares about the outcome of what you are doing.. Even though i didnt give 5 stars, i would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking tiles. i would also use them again myself. Amirs employees, specifically Xavier was also very helpful, he showed genuine care for a positive outcome of our project together.

I purchased Tile to update my Bathroom in my home about 1 1/2 years ago, unfortunately I purchased just enough tile to do the job. After 6 months one of the Tiles broke. I went back to Ideal & found out that the Tile was discontinued. Amir the owner went out of his way to find me another Tile, He went as far as Pa. to locate it. That deserves 5 stars to me. Also the showroom has a lot more tile selection than any stores in the Area. Thanks again Amir !!

I am not a hater but I HATE this place and its owner Amir. Stay FAR away from him and his tile installer Victor. There is a reason why he has not registered with the BBB and he makes sure you dont have easy access to his last name.

We used Ideal Tile to do a full kitchen remodel and Amir with his crew did a fantastic job. Naturally, when we wanted to replace the bathroom floor, we went right back to Amir and Ideal, only to be completely let down and ripped off. Amir sent another guy to do the job, who did not properly prep the floor for tile. Now whenever anyone over 75 pounds walks on the floor, they can hear the grout shifting and cracking. So much grout came out within the first few months, that we contacted Amir, who came by to try a more flexible grout. Well, obviously grout can not overcome poor workmanship! So yes, it began cracking and coming out in chunks again. So we called Ideal Tile asking for Amir, and he actually tried to disguise his voice to avoid fixing this problem! Something a CHILD would do! We made two more attempts to get him on the phone, but he either blocked our number, or has caller ID and dodges the call! Would you want to do business with someone who acts this unprofessional? Not likely, considering we only attempted to contact him a few times. Learn from our mistakes, avoid our grief, and AVOID IDEAL TILE!
