*PRODUCT SOLD TO ME MISSING PIECES AND OWNER WOULD NOT TAKE BACK FOR REFUND*I purchased an item from this store and it came without a piece. I had the receipt and it had only been 7 days. I brought it back with my receipt, asking for either to return it and get an exchange or possibly get the extra piece I was looking for. The owner was there who I have not dealt with before, I usually deal with his wife who is extremely sweet and always is super helpful and kind ! He would not do anything for me. No matter what I said or did he would not do anything for me. This is by far the worst customer service interaction Ive had in a long time. Now, I have worked multiple Smoke shops on the island as well as multiple customer service jobs, and the way he handled the situation was INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. And not to mention they are EXTREMELY overpriced. Just go to J mart down the road, they are great people and deserve the business over this store. Dont give your business to an owner that treats his customers this way. Absolutely baffled.

Highly overpriced! The owner sold me the wrong coils when I tried bringing them back for the correct ones. He said they would be in in a week...he took my # said he would call me. No call so I went back. Still didnt have them. I tried again 3 times over the next 3 weeks. He still didnt have them. I asked for a refund at that point and he said he would only give me a partial refund of $10 and then he would except that same $10 back for the correct coils when they came in. I bought another pack from another store and when they were finished returned to his store for the $10 pack. He said he wouldnt honor what he had told me. I will never return and advise others to not bother with this store.

Go there religiously. The only place where you can get EVERYTHING you need in one stop. So what if he has to charge a little extra from time to time? 2 bucks extra is worth it if its what you want

Good selection over priced on certain items, when you tell them that the guy across the street at JMart has some of the same products for cheaper they immediately drop prices...should be competitively priced to begin with!
