It was better before :(Blueberry lemonade was too sweet and not blueberry at all, plus crazy amount of ice. Chicken wings were plain, and my friend couldnt even finish them despite being hungry. The burger was so-so, edible...Im still happy to visits this place from time to time as its connected to the happy memories of the past. But this time we were mostly disappointed with the food quality.

While the food may not be the most American, the setting and music really take you back to a 1980s period in America. The striped chairs, the classic music and banana splits really helps to sell the look and theme. With delicious and decent proportioned food, this place is a good candidate for a dinner out. Be warned however, that the price may be considerably higher compared to other places, but rest assured that the quality follows suite.

Awesome delicious American food, nice service and personal. I can recommend a tower burger to kill your strong hungry 😁 in summer on you can see and hear some street actor,s and musicians show. Thats looks very nice.

A place to have a very late night food or beer. The place has two very different floors - upper floor is a standard American style diner, you can grab a burger and keep going; the lower, somewhat hidden floor is a darker bar with high chairs and a dive bar atmosphere. Small tap beer selection, but it does the job. Cocktails available too.

There was a big problem, first we had been told that after 10 pm everything with alcohol was 50% off, and before I order I asked the waitress if that offer was right, she said yes, but when we got the bill there wasnt any discount, so I asked the waitress about it and she said that she didnt remember that I asked her about it...Thats not coolThe money is not the problem, but the fact that she lied about it. Thats not good for the establishment reputationIt was a bad experience

Classicl American style cafeteria.They have posters like buy one burger, get free beer ( or something like that, dont remember exactly), but waitresses were very surprised when I pointed that out.. and of course in reality it is not like on poster.. -((. You have to pay for everything, no deals.

Didnt like the place except for the american diner style interior. The staff is always taking way too long for the service and also never smiles. The food looks much better on the menu than it tastes, although Id recommend the milk shakes.

Total grease pit. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, tuna salad, potato skins, and soup in a bread bowl. I could hardly watch my son eat his burger with all the grease dripping out. He liked his ice cream sundae. That was the best I could say. The tuna salad was the only healthy thing I could find on the menu, but it was bland and tasteless. The “mango” was unrecognizable. The service was fine, but I would never return.

We were stopped on Arbat by the guy handing out 20 dollar bill flyers which could be used to get 20% off your drink inside. We decided to check it out so he led us downstairs of the diner which was super atmospheric. However, after being seated no one approached us for over 15 minutes. A 6 people table that got seated after us was approached almost immediately, our waitress was nowhere to be found. After deciding that I don’t need a veggie burger that bad with this kinda service we moved to the bar to at least take advantage of the 20% of our drinks. The bartender was slammed (probs making the 6 top drinks) and we had to wait another 10+ minutes but he was hustling hard and it’s totally understandable. The bartender working around 10 pm on Thursday night was great and the second star in this review is for him only. Route 66 sign and pictures of Marilyn Monroe will not provide an American service for you. Also, they charge for coke separately when you order a jack n coke which is basically as UNamerican as saying that the bald eagle isn’t majestic af. Wish I could’ve tried and reviewed their food but oh well.

Sometime ago it was a lovely place with great atmosphere and music, now things have changed a lot:Hostess wasnt very attentive as she have welcomed guests that came after us first, so they took last free seats. Luckily (or not), there were few seats left on the ground floor.Waitresses were sleepy and it was normal to confuse orders (weve waited a lot for any attention and got it only after direct question).Hot dessert with Ice Cream was served before dinner with meat.Meat was cold.They totally forgot about drinks (tea) so weve had to remind about it few times, so weve got it only at the end of our dinner.Prices are too high for that kind of service.By the way desserts were tasty, but it was the only good thing about that visit.

This is an institution on the Arbat with one of the highest ratings among cafes and restaurants. The hall is stuffy, there is nothing to breathe. The hostess warned me that the air conditioners could not cope, although it was no longer hot outside at that time. Its scary to imagine what happens here in hotter weather. For this reason, I had to accommodate myself on the summer veranda - everything is pretty decent. The waiters are all very young, they try, but not everything turns out well for them. Ordered a light salad with shrimp and cappuccino. The salad is average to taste, for 4-ku. No coffee, some cup is not pleasant, dirty or something. The toilet is located in the basement, the room is directly dirty, not pleasant, the doors to the utility rooms in the toilet are ajar, and the household inventory looks out from there. The sanitary level is unsatisfactory. Just as theater begins with a wardrobe, so a restaurant begins with a toilet😉

Were on the veranda when the restrictions were still in effect, but there were extremely positive impressions from the appetizers and desserts. Yesterday we went to a cafe and were very upset. We ordered one Milk shake with blueberries and one with strawberries. We were here two years ago and upon arrival in Moscow we specially came to a cafe to enjoy a cocktail, but a complete disappointment. It was just a very sweet mass without taste and smell, and besides, half of this cocktail was cream from a spray can. In general, the mood and impression of todays cafe was ruined. We wont come here again.
