The 3 men who came to my house were courteous and neat. They installed the air condition efficiently.No clean up after them was necessary.

Great Customer service! Boiler died on a really cold day. No delay at all they sent one of their guys ASAP at a time that was convenient for me! They replaced a key component and the boiler looks updated itself. Nothing charged to me as it was covered under my contract. The contract pays for itself. Great experience with this company so far!

There is a reason Swezy Fuel has been in business for decades. Professional service, reasonable rates, and some of the nicest people Ive encountered. I made the mistake of switching companies once because of what seemed like a good offer. The offer was short-lived and the service was ridiculous. (An 8-month wait for a routine annual burner servicing!?!) I went back to Swezy and will never switch again!

Swezeys oil burner service techs put my prior oil burner company to shame. We had Swezey install a new boiler and the team was great. Timely, neat, professional install. There was no discussions needed when the old fuel line from the tank was toast. It was replaced. Now one year later I am very pleased with the routine oil burner service. I was able to schedule a visits weeks in advance (prior company promised to call when they were starting their service season, but it never happened). Brain arrived at the predetermined time slot, he was knowledgeable, professional, through and clean. I feel great about the support and have no reservations regarding recommending them to anyone.

Your service team called to alert me as to their time of arrival, they changed the batteries and adjusted my thermostat, and checked the temperature of my hot water. They were very efficient and any requested explanations were easily understand. Overall. excellent service!

Swezey Fuel is great company that has always given us first rate service at a fair price. They recently fixed a leaking condensate pump on our AC unit on the 4th of July weekend, showing up within an hour of our call. They repaired a leaking on/off valve to the outdoor water spicket a few years ago for a price that about a 1/3 of what a rival plumbing company had estimated. They are our oil contractor and have always offered a competitive price for heating fuel and give credit to our account at the end of the year when usage was lower than estimated. Offering services for all major home utilities, they are the only company that we would use.

Always great service from Swezeys techs - from the new installation to ongoing maintenance. I just had a leak in a baseboard pipe (elbow joint). The Swezey tech showed up about 15 mins after my call and secured the leak. I followed up with a Swezey plumber - the repair was made very neat and the prices were fair. Dont waste your time with others, call Swezey!

Been with company years never listen when I would tell them our central air needed to be serviced in April because our house gets very hot. Always pushed to end of May/June and always then left with issues. This year our central air needed to be replaced and we were told mid July had they come in April like I wanted we would had had it installed before it got hot. I explained my husbands office is in the bedroom and I have 3 asthmatics in house and couldnt just open windows and was still told July. In the end we went with another company and will not be using Swezey any more for our central air or oil services.

When it was discovered that a hot water pipe was leaking into the basement, we called Swezey late in the afternoon. Within an hour a courteous repaIrman was there and repaired the leak. We have had no more trouble since then.

Always have had good experience with Swezey. I found my boiler was leaking water. Joe G. came the same day and immediately was able to diagnose the problem. He replaced not only the leaking relief valve, but also expansion tank and air bleed that caused the valve to fail in the first place. Joe was personable, courteous and made a minor home disaster a pleasant experience.

Called to have pool heater repaired while under contract. Did not fix it but I received a bill for repairs but it was never fixed. They claimed there are no longer parts for it. I found a company that has parts for this burner. I called Swezeys service department to find out the name of part needed and never heard back from them. I left Petro for lack of quality service and this is my first year with Swezeys. So far not impressed. As a follow up, I was contacted by management who was genuinely concerned about my issues, and the waived charges and gave me contacts numbers in case of future issues I mat have. Very much appreciated

After 4 previous calls for no heat, Weve had a very difficult problem to diagnose and Tom N. finally determined that it was a intermittent Transformer which as I know from being an Electronics Tech for 40 yrs, it can be very difficult to figure out. Tom came in the beginning of the storm ( even had to drive to Riverhead from Miller Place to get parts) and stayed throughout the storm until he knew the system was working 100%. He was super professional and friendly as well not to mention his system knowledge. Swezey is lucky to have Tom N in their employ and he represents the company as well as anyone could. Very impressive service!! We lost heat on a Saturday night- and on Sunday morning got right through to the emergency line where a very capable woman was able to schedule an emergency visit. Sweetly was at our house by noon (we were the third call) and immediately found we were out of oil because we were never before using oil in the winter - but because of Covit we were living at the house. He brought in oil, got us up and running and scheduled a delivery for the next day.

TJ/Sweezey responded to our issue with the boiler. The response was timely and his service was excellent. Replaced/cleaned the filter and oil burner and completed the job in a professional manner. He has also gave couple of good suggestions regarding our heating and especially the hot water system, which also needs a replacement. It was a pleasure having him at our house and helping to fix the heating system.

I have used Swezey Fuel for three years, just like their site states, they are family owned and operated and you get that feel. Staff is always friendly and professional. They check systems and oil tank to make sure everything is working perfectly. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, you wont regret it. Price wise they may be a couple cents more expensive, this may not even be true, but believe me that you see it in the quality of service! They are 10/10.

We needed a new boiler and decided on doing both the boiler and water heater at the same time. We couldn’t be happier about the installation process. The install guys were great! They were prompt, efficient and tidy. After the installation was completed the job foreman gave us a “walkthrough” of how the new system worked and what to do if there were any problems. We absolutely recommend Swezey for heating services!

Called just to find out a price about the heating oil some lady answered said she doesn’t do c.o.d as a first time home buyer I don’t even know what that means she hung up before I could ask anymore questions . We were closing on my mother-in-laws house and at 11:30 AM the new owners called me after their walk through. They said the upstairs heat would not turn on.
