Cool concept ice cream, mix cereal with ice cream, add toppings and sauces. Definitely seems odd before you try. But it is actually really tasty.

Ice cream was pretty good. Our issue was the employee who served us kept touching his nose and hair with his gloved hands before making our ice cream, and never changed his gloves. He grabbed all the toppings and the cone directly with these gloves before handing us our cones with no cone sleeves. Would love to try again, but I think the sanitary guidelines at this place should be addressed. Hopefully this was just a one-time thing for them

Totally not what you think; it’s better! I got the Chunky Monkey, and it was awesome. My cohort designed his own and loved it. Recommended!

A fantastic ice cream parlor! Great customer service. Neat clean and friendly atmosphere. My first time here, and not the last. (dairy free ice cream). The variety of flavors, toppings, and cereals are something you have to come in and experience for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

A definite surprise. A unique twist to a milkshake. My kids loved this place. Who doesnt want their favorite cereal mixed into their milkshake? A must try if you are in the Village.

Place was awesome, friendly staff, cool creations and plenty of combinations to try on future visits! Only real down side was the paper straws for milk shakes. The things are virtually useless. Good for maybe 1/3 of the drink and then they fall apart. I know the plastic straw ban is beyond their control, but maybe a better biodegradable straw exists?

So fun and worth the visit! Allergy friendly! This is like a make-your-own-ice-cream-flavor-bar. I am dairy-free and got the vegan base mixed with Oreos (they had a lot of selection to choose from) and then topped it with fresh strawberries and vegan chocolate drizzle. I remember stopping in my tracks being like, “wow🤩😍”! We were SO stuffed after, it was winner quality but definitely high in calories! A great local establishment that is definitely worth a try. The owner is a nice guy and is always helpful. The staff are personable and are very perceptive. The stuff they come up with are always good and especially the milkshakes.

High price.I went here because there is only a froyo spot to compete with a dedicated dessert place in Patchogue.The ambiance is hip and the staff is on point. Not much of a line because they get through them fast.I was surprised by the limited menu. Only vanilla ice cream. Then add cereal, maybe a couple other toppings. This really left my pallet lacking. I got the cereal bowl thinking it would also have ice cream, its not mentioned as an ingredient but expected an ice cream place would have it in all items. I received lots of cereal. A very small amount of milk and paid for additional ice cream to fulfil the need for dessert. Overall disappointed.If you have the chance, I would check out stuffed ice cream in NYC for the original.

Excellent addition to the town of Patchogue! Interesting premise offering soft serve ice cream with cereal mix ins. You can create your own combo or choose from a menu. Try the Trix and Treat combo. Will definitely be going back...soon!

Something fun & unique! Cloud Nine is a place I’ve seen on everyone’s feeds for months now! An ice cream & cereal bar...such a cool idea!Located in the heart of Patchogue, there’s limited street (metered) parking available. There’s a large lot (metered) in the back of the shop, and they have a back entrance.It’s so cute & trendy inside. Everything was so clean. The lighting was perfect to snap a pic of your dessert creation! They actually blend your ice cream with the cereals of your choice right in front of you.The prices are on the higher side but I felt that it was worth it! My ice cream cone was packed with ice cream & toppings. The service was super friendly! There are so many choices of toppings and cereals to choose from. You can also choose between different cones, bowls, shakes, & ice cream sandwiches with donuts! This place only has vanilla ice cream as the base. They don’t have other flavors. Instead, they blend the cereal into the ice cream.Overall 5/5!!

Finally made it here and It didn’t disappoint! Met the owner and he was very friendly and helped us navigate the menu! I ordered the “S’more or less” and it was delicious! They have a loyalty card and I will definitely be back to try to fill it up! Nice place to bring kids and or get dessert after a lunch/early dinner. Highly recommend, let’s support small local businesses, especially during these tough times!

Always a treat going here. Their cones can be a little drippy and messy in the warm weather, so my recommendation is to ask for a cone upside down in a cup. Not as insta-worthy, but your hands will stay nice and clean this way.

Shakes are the jam! I created my own cuz I had no idea what i wanted, so I finally decided on one, which was Cap N Crunch and Lucky charms mixed in, with Teddy grahams and rainbow sprinkles on top of whipped cream, And a strawberry sauce atop....just go and try it, you wont regret it, I promise! Super and awesome friendly staff!

My family and I love to come here but we were disgusted with the place being completely packed by a very large group of people surrounding their one tiny counter with no masks on with their ice cream the other night. The place is extremely small to begin with so its a quick in and out type of place but this huge group of people took it upon themselves to surround the one small counter by the waiting area and take their masks off, not leaving any sort of room for others to come in safely and order not to mention only the kids had ordered ice cream, so the adults used the excuse that they were at a ‘table’ to take their masks off. My family and I decided to go else where as we did not feel safe enough to come in as no social distancing regulations were clearly enforced. Im extremely disappointed as we love coming here. Hoping the owner does a better job with this in preventing further issues like this from happening.

You can create your own mixture or choose from one of their pre-made delicacies. Honestly - I jumped in to the premade, as every idea I had in my mind they had already thought of!This one is the Roo, meant to evoke flavors of the loved Dunkaroos. While it didnt exactly replicate the flavor of Dunkaroos, it certainly brought me back to middle school with its sweet goodness.The staff are excellent! Friendly, helpful and attentive. They explained the process to my friend & I since we were first-timers.They sell ice cream in a cone or cup, milkshakes, and donut/ice cream combos. They also have cookies (vegan & non-vegan!)

This place is great, tried it for the first time... “the roo” is a go to if you loved dunkaroos as a kid!! Owner was very nice and informative about everything as well as patient!!

If your ice cream is being made fresh, and custom for you, it might take a few minutes longer. Unfortunately there are tons of people that have that “NY attitude”. The cone is HUGE, so youre really paying for ice cream for two people. The menu isn’t limited at all because you can customize your cone, you don’t just have to pick from the “specials menu”. The people working there are SO warm and friendly. I’ve already been back twice, and I’ll definitely keep going. My only suggestion is that you guys offer a smaller option, because I can never finish a cone by myself! But that isn’t a bad problem to have at all!

Dairy free is coconut based. Wished they had more options such as cashew or almond but other than that, it was pretty good.

I went with my friend and got a Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake and “the Roo” in a birthday cake cone it was UNREAL! Quick, easy service and such a unique taste!!! Definitely going back for more.

If you are cereal lover you are going to be amazed from that place all the ice creams and milkshakes are based with vanilla flavor and then you choose from all the tasteful cereal that you had as a child and they infused it in the ice cream. After that you choose toppings and drizles. If you havent tried it already next time that you are going to be in Patchogue dont miss it.

First of all this place is very confusing, I was online for 20 minutes and you got a wait another 20 minutes for your ice cream . 20 bucks two ice creams? So you figure it’s gonna be really good? Not the case subpar. I will definitely not be going back

Slow service was served in a cup small for a hefty price tag. The cereal mixed into the vanilla ice cream left me feeling like I was eating gritty milk as the ice cream when handed to me was nearly melted. Stations halted during order assembly caused ice cream to melt. Try it once if you need to I guess.
