I ordered a garment that I needed for a wedding. When I placed my order, my confirmation stated that the item would ship within 3-5 business days. Seven business days after I placed my order with no update on the shipping of the item, I e-mailed the company. The next day I received an e-mail stating that my order had been canceled due to the manufacturer having difficulty replenishing their inventory. I needed that item within a certain time frame and because the company did not bother to inform me in a timely manner about inventory issues, I was forced to pay $25 extra dollars in express shipping fees to order a similar item from another retailer.Terrible customer service. I would suggest not purchasing from this retailer.
