We bought a new dining set with 10 chairs, an umbrella base and a Lazy Susan. The selection at Fortune offs backyard store is second to none and the quality of the furniture far exceeds any other place that we looked at. Olga and John are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to helping you choose from the vast selection of furniture they have.* update*A few pieces of the outdoor dining set we purchased started to peel, all of the furniture comes with a three-year finish warranty. Thank God! I contacted Olga and John and I emailed them pictures of the concerning pieces. They submitted a warranty claim and I was told to come into the store and pick out a whole new set since they didn’t have the replacement chairs to match my set. We wound up adding a little bit more money and getting a much bigger table that we are very happy with. The process couldn’t have been any easier. Olga and John really go out of their way to make sure you’re happy.

We were very pleased with our experience. The showroom had very nice, quality sets. John our sales guy was great. No pressure but very helpful and accommodating. He was honest and knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

I went into the Fortunoff Backyard store not really knowing what I wanted. After being shown a few options I went home, took some measurements and returned to the store two days later. With the help, advice, and expertise of the same salesperson, I not only got everything I wanted but also saved some money! I was really impressed with the time she took to make sure I was totally happy with my purchase and also that it would fit on my deck. Olga Acevedo was very professional and comforting when I asked her about store policy. She was not pushy and did not follow us around. She got us exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it and at the right price. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, most outdoor furniture stores have delayed delivery of about 6 months.

We had a great experience today at Fortunoff Backyard store. We were greeted when we arrived and not pressured as we walked around looking at different tables and chairs. We were approached and asked if we had any questions and they were answered when we had them. The item we were interested in was explained to us and what i came with and how to read the signage on the display. Overall it was a great experience.

So kind, patient and accommodating. She made sure she found the best prices for me, and kept me informed of every important detail a consumer would want to know. She went above and beyond.
