I saw there was 1 bad review before this one. I have to argue this is an amazing location but you have to know what youre getting. Its a scratch and dent - youre getting new appliances that the big boys wont carry because there might be a scratch or a small dent on it. We purchased a $5000 kitchen package for $2500. The refrigerator had a red mark on it and was missing one of the stock shelves. We called the supplier, they sent us the shelf, the red mark, we were able to wash of. The range has a dent on the top of the top panel. We place our everyday spices there. The dishwasher was missing a common bracket, we bought one at home depot. They deliver to your door. They took away our old appliances. They are beyond friendly and 100% honest to their inventory available.

My husband and I went looking for a digital range and found one immediately. Idis came to help with product info and stats-she was knowledgeable, friendly and gave great customer service-she was taking time away from her lunch to attend to us-the saying, the customer comes first is true at this establishment. The appliance-brand new, never used had all the literature/model #, and gave 1 year in house warranty for the appliance should anything go awry. 👍🏼The transaction was quick and even gave us side tip on personal note-not related to purchase. 😉The men who loaded our Jeep were pleasant and made sure to secure/plastic wrapped the range & we were good to go.Thank you for the service & advice, will certainly be returning.

I brought cash in an envelope from the bank to pay for our oven. I was there when Richard counted it out and we both counted it short $100. I assumed it was a bank error, so gave him another $100 and left, to go to my car and call the bank. While I was on the phone, he came running out, saying he found the missing $100 stuck in the envelope, and gave me back the extra hundred. When I went back in to tip him as a thanks for his honesty, he wouldn’t even take it! He could have easily kept the $100 and we wouldn’t have known. Such an honest act, we were so grateful.Our whole transaction was very easy. Edis was great and really knows her stuff. She personally went scouring around the warehouse to see if they had the dishwasher we wanted. Thanks for taking care of us!

I BOUGHT SEVERAL APPLIANCES FROM THEM AND THEY SAY THEY GIVE THEIR OWN WARRANTY OR FACTORY WARRANTY FOR BRAND NEW ITEMS. ONE REFRIGERATOR WAS SOLD TO ME AS BRAND NEW. THERE WAS AN ISSUE AND I CALLED THEM, THEY SAID I HAVE TO CALL THE LG SERVICE. LG SERVICE REVOKED THE WARRANTY BECAUSE ITS COMPRESSOR WAS REPLACED WITH A NON-COMPLIANT COMPRESSOR. THEIR REPAIR GUY CAME ONCE AND HE LEFT WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DONT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO THROWING THE ITEM TO GARBAGE AFTER 3 MONTHS OR IT MAY LAST MORE. IT MAY EVEN BE A MALFUNCTIONING ITEM THATS RETURNED TO A REGULAR STORE.

This is a warehouse type of place with many high end, appliances that are gently used, reconditioned and/or floor models. Everything is there; from Thermador, Miele, Monogram, Bosch, Kitchen Aid, Dacor, you name it. Our point person was Edie and was she AMAZING! Professional, personable and engaging. I found this place through Facebook Marketplace and sent a message about a stove I was interested in. She replied quickly. I told her our budget and she went from there. My husband and I went to look at a couple of stoves that same day. What we saw didnt speak to us, so she offered another suggestion. Omg. Perfection! We went back the next day (today) and bought a gorgeous 48 range. Did I mention gorgeous? If you are in the market for anything Kitchen or Laundry, just go. You wont be sorry.

It will last a few months and then he will tell you well you know what you bought. HIS ITEMS DO NOT COME WITH WARRANTY. DO NOT BELIEVE HIM WHEN HE TELLS YOU THEY DO. This place is a scam and have been reported to the authorities and news for selling broken items. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BELIEVE ANY REVIEW BELIEVE THIS ONE. The customer service really bad was there for 1/2 hours in the store no one help me and store was not busy so I went to the off to ask if someone can help me the lady there was very nasty with so bed experience there are not friendly at all
