From the time we dropped off our 98 ultra classic Harley Davidson we had nothing but the best experience. Julio and his team were helpful, kind, and professional. I had spoken to Julio over the phone regarding my car that was hit and got my mirror damaged. He gave me an estimate and when I brought the car in, he charged me less actually and told me don’t worry about it and he fixed it in as little as 10mins or less. Shows he knows his work.I also had a little mishap on my bumper and I asked him if there’s anything he could do about it. He said I could get a new bumper and gave me an estimate that I could afford and told me that I don’t even have to come in and that he’d take care of the bumper and paint it and mount it in for me. However, he went on to fix the bumper anyway just so I can manage it until I’m able to buy a new one and I gotta tell you that he fixed the bumper at no cost to me.How kind and generous can one be? Fixed my mirrorat a lower price than he had told me.Fixed my bumper at not cost to me whatsoever.And willing to mount my new bumper at a lower price as well. If he’s not a great kind person then I don’t know how else to define a good man.I’ll definitely recommend him to everyone I know and he will definitely be my Go to guy. Thank you J.O.
