Walter is great. He is very responsive, informative, pleasant and professional. My car looks perfect. His staff are also pleasant as they greeted me with a smile and actually acknowledged my presence (that never happened in the past with other auto body shops or any shops where I took my car to get work done). Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service and professionalism at Zepol’s.

Walter was amazing. They painted my bumper and made it look like new. The prices are great for the amount of work that was done and it was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely use these guys in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

The guys over at Zeppo Auto Body are amazing! They always do a great job! In my wife’s recent accident I was very frustrated with Geico for their delay and negligence with my wife’s claim. Walter handled everything great. He was calm and explained everything in detail. My car was ready ASAP with details on how to address my claim going forward. Walter truly cares about his customers and is upfront and honest about everything. This is not my first experience and certainly not my last!

They allowed my car to be flooded while it was there for auto body work and did not tell me for an entire month. Beware they do not care what happens to your car and now my car has mold.

These guys were fantastic! My brand new Audi Q5 was scraped up in NYC and I brought it to the local Audi dealership who quoted me a crazy amount of money. I was then referred to Zepol by someone in the auto business and he provided me a very reasonable price and did an incredible job on my car! It was a little bit more inconvenient to go up to Jersey but it was worth every penny! Very nice guys too!

Had my BMW 545 fixed here and the service was great the car looks brand new. very honest guys and delivered on time. not to mention they are the cheapest around.

Had my car taken to these guys through the dealer I bought the car from. Took them 4 weeks to do what looked like a hour job. Started by picking the car up covered in sanding dust, I know not a huge deal but still shows the attention to detail this shop provides. Then got it home and noticed that the person working on my car over sanded and there is now huge scratches in the body panel next to the painted area. This is now 2 weeks after the repair a d noticed yesterday that the repaired area is already cracked and starting to rust. The same exact issue it had in the first place. And I can also see the horrible job in trying to blend the clear coat with the existing paint. Im giving them a 2 because I dont know what was told to them by the dealer and also cause this paint job was a courtesy of the dealer. Regardless the work is embarrassing. Think twice before you pay for a repair from this place.
