Waste of time!The Len they rave about took forever to get back to me about this 6mt A4 they had. Eventually I went to the place, and it literally looks like a scrapyard. I found the car I was looking at it was unlocked with the keys inside and Len nowhere to be found! I tried calling him….. after checking under the bay of the car I noticed sever oil leakage and knew they wanted to make a quick buck….. long story short I found another a4 6mt for 1/3 of the price and with the same miles matching what they had advertised… My car is now close to fully modified and that A4 sitting in that soon to be scrap yard still hasn’t sold yet… sorry but facts don’t care about feelings

I love this dealership. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Len. I was moving a needed a car right away for when I flew in. Len personally inspected the car for me, helped me with a virtual drive and walk around of the vehicle and assisted me with the transaction from 3,000 miles away. This is normally something both a buyer and the dealership would be hesitant to do but Len went above and beyond to ensure all parties were comfortable. Our plane got in at 11pm, we took an Uber to the dealership and arrived at 11:30pm and our new car was waiting for us with the keys secured in a lockbox. It was freshly cleaned, fresh fluid change, temporary plates and registration were on and ready to go! Len even left us a couple bottles of water for our trip! We drove 2 and a half hours home and it drives beautifully. EXACTLY what Len told me I could expect. He was honest and up front the whole way through. This was the easiest and most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

I had a good experience shopping at this dealership. Ive owed the car for alittle over the month so far and it hasn’t given me an issue. (The Buying experience) They were very patient with me and let me test drive every and any car I wanted. When I finally made a decision we made a deal then everything was a breeze. The staff was very chill and professional and before I left with the car I was told if I had any problems with it to bring it back and they would fix it. They care about the customer.

Zerrrrrrrooooo Stars for this place.Awful service had an appointment and when i arrived cars were parked tightly together . The car i requested which was a 2008 black passat had serious transmission issues. The car actually jumped while switching gears . Because i am a female i guess they thought i would come alone but i bought my mechanic and male driver so the sales guy left me on the lot and went in his office which felt like he was hiding because he knew the truth. When i told him the car has a transmission issue he said how do i know please avoid this shady business place especially if your a new driver like me

Ok so here its how this place works(True story).They sell you a car for 6000,you sign the papers but you realize that theres something seriously wrong with car like the transmission,obviously you decided to return the car,but wait,they get to keep 20% plus some paperwork fees,so you only get 4000 back and they still get to keep the car wich they will sell again with the same problem,now if you dont notice the problem on time you are still f... because you just bought a car that a month later its not going to work,third option they fixed for you but that only means that the car its going to last a few more months. Either way they win

Bought a car 4 weeks ago I negotiated the car with lic plates included the rep tells me that they did not have paperwork or didn’t have anymore copies for the registration and told me and my wife that the lady that does the registrations will be giving us a call in a few weeks now there telling me I have to pay to get my plates through them word of advise do not believe anything they tell you. To add insult to injury the car starts having electrical issues the next day I bought it there service is garbage and there vehicles are garbage and if you are still going to deal with them make sure you take a mop and a flashlight your going to need it. P.S if I had options other than the stars I’d give them the finger.
