They did my windshield and just blew air to take out all the glass pieces around the frame and all the inside of my car is glass. When I drove home I got a horrible rash on my face and hands I dont know if this can be a lawsuit. Will never come back..And Im not a professional but I think the space between the glass and the bottom plastic should be sealed not open for water to go through like that.I strongly dont recommend this place, if I knew I would pay extra $300 to get better service!! SmH

I had my glass installation (honda crv 2015 white) and you guys damaged cowl panel while installing and Cinne(I believe thats his name) told me he will order new cowl panel from honda and will replace it but havenot heard from him since January.I try to call your shop but no ones answering. This is my second time coming to Popeyes and both times they have shown their awesome work. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had my windshield changed and they did a great job. I highly recommend their services. Vince and Jose helped me out, great team work.

I got my back window installation in this location in the winter time. Three months later my back window fell off and luckily it fell between the bed and the cabin of the truck. I took it back to get reinstalled and the guy said he had to charge me again for the glue. It was their mistake but they still have to charge again for a job they messed up. Never coming here again. Dont recommend it either. I had to wake the guy up, he was sleeping on the waiting room.

So I went to this place for tints for my brand new 2017 honda civic. The first time they did them they had bubbles and a week later one window began to peel off. I went back to them and they took off all the tints and re did them all perfectly! You cant even tell that i have tints on now the work done was perfect. Everyone makes mistakes but they made sire they fixed them to my satisfaction and made me leave the place satisfied. The only reason they didnt get the 5 stars is because I had to go back but I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get their tints done. Make sure you ask for Vince he took care of my tints the second time around and made them perfect didnt let me leave until i was completely satisfied. So thank you.

Went there to replace windshield. First, the installation they did was messy - the seal was not neat. After the first rain, it got a nasty water leak. I took the car back twice to correct the leak, but they couldnt. Took the car to another glass shop and they corrected it in 15 min.Never go back to Popeye.

Got my windshield replaced great price convenient weeks later it rained n my car got soaking wet inside my roof, cup holders car gear. They missed placed my molding and i was not happy wt the job!!! My new car got wet inside and i had to go back to deal wt the headache!

One guy complaining about 200 dollars for a windshield how ridiculous!!! that is more than a fair price. nothing in life is perfect people thats why you ended up at that shop in the first place. going today to give it a shot for the first time. cant rate yet so I had to choose a star.

We are off to a bad startUpdate : the installation is so far so good no leaks or anything not a full five star because it’s still unethical to say your open at a certain time and not be.

Popeye Auto Glass Is a very great shopmanager named Vince attended me I Guess hes the owner son and was very very helpful with my 2014 Mercedes Benz s63 AMG coupe and my Wife 2015 Land Rover Range Rover which both were high end cars and also Had Rain Sensors And Heat Does A good job Has A strong team i was recommend by a friend of mine which had his 2015 bmw 650 Grand Coupe Done As well And Also did me the favor a detailed both vehicles .......Very reasonable with prices and great job with leases.

They broke the wiper cowl on my 98 mustang cobra while replacing my windshield. Then they gave me the run around for several weeks and never paid for damaging my car. They have cheap prices for a reason. You get what you pay for here. Careless installs with no regard for your property. If you care about your car, dont bring it here.They cost me more money out of pocket replacing the part myself. I should have just paid a few bucks more somewhere else and had a quality installation with no damage done to my vehicle.

Poor Service they dont take care of your vehicle like their own. I had a slider window installed on my vehicle they didnt do a great job it gets small drips of water when it rains. They also rush and cut the fabric of your seat and also the cut the head liner fabric. I would highly not recommend anyone bringing their vehicles to Popeye Auto Glass they need to close this business not keep it open.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT bring your car here, they are liars and cheats. They will say to do a job for one price, change the price then change their mind about what they said they were to repair. Had the windshield on my 09 accord replaced, very happy with the work done to my car, Wendy gave me a very good price and the guys took care of my care and even fixed my side mirror that was shaking. Would recommend to everybody .

Very very very BAD...!!!!!!!!My freind went to get his car wind shelf replaced they asked for deposeit and to back the next morning to have it changed, he cam back and they kept saying they never received the Glas . Two weeks later they still never received the windshield, he Kindley asked for his money back and they refused to give him his money, ...!!! That’s shame on them .!

Dont use good auto glass and only use glue to seal your car. After about 2 weeks it rained and my car started leaking from the inside had to pay more to fix that, regret going there . Better off going to your dealer or safelite.

The best experience that I had at Popeyes auto glass was. That I actually walked in their for some personal reasoned and they where really helpful about what I needed to accomplishe they said no problem and I liked that because it wasent just about them it’s also about me and the maid me feel right at home. It turnes out this is a family owned buissness and when ever I I need help with anything I’m speaking to the buissness owner or the son not a secretary or a machine do to this I’m able to complete everything fast and affisient that suits my needs. Never had any complains about their service through the years.
