My first time here at swift lube and I must say Im very impressed with there services. I was greeted and taken care of right away. They informed me of everything that was wrong with my car and what was needed the most. As a woman I dont know much about cars so I was very pleased that there is someone who is still trustworthy when it comes to my car needs. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know who needs an oil change.

So hard to find trust worthy service for your vehicle. When ever my family bring our vehicles, we never have to bring it back for the the same thing. I get a discount from my original dealer but I rather take my vehicle there. Service is always professional, excellent, fast and honest. Cant get that these days. YOU have to stop by and check them out.

This place has to be the worst. I recommend going to ETD in Clifton NJ. They are excellent. This place swift lube left my oil filter open and my car started leaking oil. If it wasnt for my mechanic looking at the issue I wouldve had a engine seize. This place is no good. Please stay far away from this place if you can.

As a woman it’s easy to be over charged by mechanics, because they think you’re clueless about cars. These people are honest, respectful and always give solid advice on your car needs. I never feel like they’re trying to make an extra buck. They never push anything on me that I don’t feel like I need. And they always give me options for what I can do to service my car. Their prices are fair. I’ve recommended many people to them in the past and have never regretted it.

Service is excellent, I have two cars that I bring here all the time for oil changes and all my mechanical work. I have refered many friends and family to this shop with 100% satisfaction. When I get my oil change they check all fluids and fill them up and vacuum my car.

So I have 2 cars and been going here for oil changes for about a yr or so. More recently like 6 months or so, I tried to give him more with mechanical work like sensors and coil replacement on my expedition. Well recently he change my coil #4 in Feb and same coil went bad again in March. He told me that something is killing the coil in the cylinder, which is bogus. One day my car started to stall and shut off while sitting at a light or stop sign. I noticed that the clamp that holds my air filter to the engine was rusted and asked him for a replacement or order one, he said go to the junk yard and get it myself. I eventually changed my own air filter and the clamp total $35, and it stopped stalling. 2 days later the coil on the 4th cylinder failed. After he replaced the coil for the second time, it shows air is getting into the engine. I took it to Firestone and showed me a dry wall screw was in place holding coil #4 in place instead of a bolt that was originally there. Firestone took a video and showed me how it supposed to look, SMDH! Firestone also said the vacuum housing and O2 sensor was unplug. After plugging back in the engine light and shaking stopped, but a misfire was still going on in coil #4.He told me in the past my battery was no good also but that was fake news. I got my alternator and battery checked and passed. After this time, I will no longer being using these guys! I would NOT NOT NOT recommend to any one, bunch of crooks! He called me back and said since Firestone touches my car, it voids all warranties that was ever done which I spent over $2000 this past year for 2 cars with this location!

This place is no good! They will mess up your car and then they will tell you it has nothing to do with the work they did. And then they will send you away so they dont have to fix what they damaged. They suck they only good with oil change not mechanic work

I do feel like its my obligation to warn people about this place the tech is a money hungry liar, who will set you up to continually come back for services, when he knows exactly what the problem is from the door.I paid for a tune up and asked for all the problems to be listed on the receipt however he never noted what the problems were, in fact when I asked he said there were none. Come to find out my car had an oil leak that he knew about but said he didnt have to tell me since it wasnt apart of the tune up.Dont give this guy your money hes a liar and the people giving him 5 star reviews are family or friends dont trust them.
