I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze not even a month ago he told me if I had any problems with it he would work with me. A couple of days late the check engine light came on and also service airbag. The tires are worn I’m unable to drive in the rain also has acceleration problem. I called him and he said I bought it over 2 months ago my temp tag isn’t even expired yet. He told me be 2 used tires and the acceleration problem isn’t his problem it’s a used car. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your money

I purchased a car for a family member in May (I wish Id done a FB & Google review first) and as of today, 10/29/20 I still have yet to receive the plates, title or registration. The manager keeps saying that it hasnt been received from MVC which is a blatant lie, as I purchased another vehicle 2 weeks ago and had those documents within 7 days from a REPUTABLE dealer! BEWARE! I wouldnt be surprised if the car was stolen and a police report will be filed after I was told by the manager to shut the F@$& up during my phone call today.

I replaced mass air flow sensor, fixed massive oil leak!!! Coming from a car dealer this car should of been pristine!!! It needed new tires, breaks, calipers, wiper blades! I paid $5100 for the car!!! Also the wheel hub literally fell off the car with my kid in the car!! I called and gave them a chance to fix the problems or refund my money and got cursed out!!! I have bought a 2006 Ford Explorer from this dealer I had purchased it for 4000 and when I drove off I was told by the dealer that the car was in great condition used but dependable when I went home a few day later my cars radiator was busted had to replace it completely new then the starter went I had to also replace the starter as soon I had done that the alternator went dead had to buy it new and last but not least the ac compressor and drive shaft and control arms are no good tell me would I ever do businesses with this dealer ever again I will see them in court next month he never tried to fix or correct his mistake in getting me a good vehicle.....

Ill try and make this short and sweet. Not going to say that every car they sell is a lemon...mine sure wasnt. I absolutely love the Scion I bought from them. However, I feel compelled to mention what poor businessmen all three gentlemen that I dealt with were. Judging from the shape of the place, I should have known but I went ahead and bought the car anyway. Luckily, I have the means to fix my car when necessary but they truly did me a disservice by INTENTIONALLY not telling me everything (or at least ANYTHING) that was wrong with the car. Now, I know its usually up to the buyer to do their due diligence and inspect the car they plan to buy but I had to ask SEVERAL times why the check engine light was on and in the end, still never received an answer. Sometimes you just forget to check the small things when buying a car but if I had known to make sure the headlights worked, the sunroof worked, check to make sure the tires were not almost totally shot, I would have bargained the price down. No way they couldnt have known those things and as a young buyer, they should have shown some ethics and pointed out some of the flaws before swindling me out of my money. Not only that, but they neglected to even give me my title and i had to drive three hours back the next day just to retrieve it. Terrible buying experience. Terribly unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone give them a dime...there are many many other dealerships that will at least treat you with a some modecum of respect.

Wow this is a emergency alert for all those hard working people that work so hard to save money just to get a point a to b car this dealership is a nightmare and if I can prove more with all my heart I will I swear my daughter almost died in a car we bought from this place it was a 2007 mini Cooper where the the transmission went out just four hours after the purchase and on a busy highway on the Henry Hudson parkway in NY a truck smashed the whole side of the car because my poor daughter couldnt move because the transmission was gone and to make matters so horrific the heartless nasty owners didnt even care to help us get another car nor our money back his name is jasser very careless owner never had Ive experienced such a hurtful moment so please care for your self and think twice before entering and purchasing a car for anyone you love or hope to help. I went down there to purchase an SUV for a reasonable price and I found one that I was really interested in. The sales man came across as a very nice young man who I thought was very professional and I was pleased with him. He showed me around the lot and I selected an SUV that I really thought would fit me. He told me there was nothing wrong with the SUV and before they sell any vehicle they fix all the problems in it.That Is LIE Later on I came back with my certified mechanic and I guess he expected my mechanic to be someone off the street. But the mechanic who I took with me knows everything there is know about cars. My mechanic walked over to the vehicle and took out his machine and the car sales man became wide open with shock. He said That machine that he had was better than then one he had and he got quiet. After my mechanic had concluded his inspection it turned out the vehicle had multiple electrical problems that they did not fix or disclose. I went over to the sales man to discuss the problems and he got an attitude with me. He than said what electrical problems?! This car does not have any problems getting smart with me. He said to me a layman person describe to them all the issues that my mechanic pointed out. So I told him I am not a certified mechanic but but the guy I hired is. I walked away at that point and that is the end of that. I do not have time for no drama nor am I desperate. So in conclusion I would not be patronizing or recommending any of my friends to get vehicle from them.

Bought a jeep grand cherokee laredo from them last month. Nice looking vehicle, BUT heres what has happened since owning it... During the second week of owning the vehicle i had to put it in the shop, and its still there as I write this comment. Driving 40mph on a very windy and rainy day for a quarter mile on a busy blvd, the sunroof blew off! Then I backtracked halfway to retrieve it. I didnt make it because smoke started coming from under the hood. I pulled over and waited for a tow. Luckily, I was close to home! The cause of the smoke was from the air compressor. It seized up while slowing down to pull over. I had to BUY another air compressor, but the another part of the a/c unit has a leak. Luckily, I dont have to worry about it until next summer (if I still have the vehicle). Now I have to BUY another sunroof because the last one was glued on! I called Sunshine Auto and spoke to Ruth and she was very apologetic. She said she would speak to the manager about this. I just wanted to let them know what they are selling. In not expecting to hear back from them because this situation is not covered by warranty. They should change their name from Sunshine Auto to Sunshine Rebuildables because you WILL spend more money than expected on your vehicle! Not to mention, hopefully my vehicle will pass inspection after I get it out of the shop because my temporary inspection sticker expired while in the shop. The good part, the staff was nice. They cleaned the vehicle and changed the oil, and Ruth picked me up and bought me back to the bus stop (Thank you Ruth)... Hopefully, I can get a sunroof so I can drive the vehicle if and after it pass inspection...

I wish I could give them negative 0 these ppl are the devil in disguise they sold me a car for $2300 the same day the car started acting up it would not take speed when I step on the gas and you could smell something burning. I paid $400 towards a transmission they paid 800 and the car still would not run. They told me to leave the car with them they would send it to another mechanic and they gave me a loner when I came back to pick my car up it was still sitting there and they told me they were going to auction it and they were never suppose to be fixing it. I have called Paterson police on these ppl 3 times I took them to court won 4 times because they kept filing motions after I win but never show up to trial. I finally won and they can not file any further motions ordered by the judge and they still have yet to pay me my $5000 dollars that I sued them for. They have 5 complaints with the better business bureau please take your money elsewhere its been a year and Im just now seeing justice hopefully I will get my judgment soon once the court officer executes their bank account.

Maaan! This place turned me against any car dealership in N.J. They must have paid some people for any good reviews they have gotten. I brought a 2004 Nissan Maxima from these dudes about two years ago. Within two days the transmission was about to jump out the hood. I wrote a review some time ago with complete details of the situation(so I wont go into that whole nightmare). But what I didnt add was after I won a judgment for at least some of my money back...I had to continue to call for my money. Then they lied saying they sent it(that Mohammed character). Then wanted me to travel back from upstate ny to get it(as if i didnt waste enough money with this so called dealership). I ended up having to have a sheriff go into their bank account and retrieve my money. Dont buy one screw from these dudes without a warranty. Even then you better cross your ts and dot your is. N.J wont ever get a penny of my money ever again when it come to anything with wheels on it. Good Luck my people.

Purchased a 2006 Scion TC an within the second week I had to spend over $300 on the car. Two different head lights, bulbs were literally taped onto incorrect fuses, trunk didn’t have any shocks and weighted a ton to open. Radio was broken, sun roof didn’t work after a week. Transmission oil was completely black and the car couldn’t handle driving more than an hour of distance at a time. ALL the motor mounts were broken and the brakes gave out on me in the middle of the highway and the emergency brake didn’t work AT ALL and I almost died. This car has brought nothing but problems and debt and I’ve only had it for about a year. Regardless of all the money and new pieces I put into the car, I couldn’t sell it and ended up junking it. It was not worth the time and aggravation and wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Someone needs to shut this place down!!!

Dont go there car was sold with 92000 miles on it really had 135000 miles, check engine light came on 2days later as well as window fell off track, 2 1/2 weeks later car smells horrible like it was in a flood and water dried on carpet and still dont have title yet they are rip offs at its finest Im praying they dont have title so I can get my money back put $400 in car already and still havent fix window or check engine issue, may report them to better business beuro if I dont get reimburse for the milage if they can even get the title

Everyone wearing shorts and flip flops on their phones watching TV, completely ignored me until i greeted them...even then they seemed unwilling to help, no one there to guide me. I was on my own. Then unprofessionally sent to some sketchy garage where a million cars are parked. Car was nothing like the pics. Pics were photoshopped to hide the rips and tears and the interior was SPRAYPAINTED...engine light on. Sales associate was some random person who was unwilling to help. THEY DONT HAVE CARFAX AND THE CARS ARE IN TERRBILE CONDITION. All of them..youll be better off walking than shopping at this place. Horrible horrible.
